Winding Creek Camp

Winding Creek is a wonderful, quiet, family friendly campground just a short drive from Hastings, MI. They host several affordable cabins and campsites that are ideal for a quick trip or a long weekend. The staff and seasonal residents are gracious, warm and very welcoming and the pool is AMAZING!!

This is a beautiful campground that is quiet and peaceful. The people who are seasonals here are kind and welcoming. The bathrooms are clean. Showers in bathroom 2 have great hot water and good water flow. Perfect place for a church or youth group retreat. Awesome pool. Beautiful creek. Special place.

A great camp to go to when you want to not quite be in the wilderness. They also have fun activities during certain days of the year. I was in a couple of their pinewood derby car races.

My association decided to host our annual event at this campground for the first year in 2023. I can’t speak for what other members of the Association have experienced but I have been unable to get anyone from this campground on the phone to answer any of my questions, Have been unable to navigate their website to make reservations or even find out what my options are, without making an account, which is silly to make an account for a campground. And if no one is willing to return my calls, I am not interested in spending my money with this campground. Not only will I not be spending money with this campground after feeling disrespected, I will be actively encouraging my association to host our event elsewhere in the future.
