I love this lake it's quite well kept and the fishing is good. Water is refreshing on a hot day.

Clean lake with a friendly staff. We really enjoy parking here when we stay local. It’s a nice getaway. The regular Rv’ers are friendly and helpful. The staff is amazing. They do a great job of patrolling the area and making sure everyone is taking care of the their camp site. I feel safe staying out there. The docs are easy to use for boating. The bathrooms are clean for lake bathrooms. We like that a lot of sites have concrete pads with full hookups and a fire pit. We enjoy kayaking the lake as well. There’s a lot of beautiful wildlife. The kids really enjoy fishing. As far as cell service Verizon works the best. We also have T-Mobile and can get service on the north side pretty good and oddly enough right in the middle of the lake and at the damn.

Swim area was trashed glass from beer bottles on the beach and caps from beer bottles every where, and trash. The bathrooms also trashed dirty diapers thrown all over in the shower and the bathroom floor its horrible and no toilet paper. Your worker's racing on the lawn mowers this is dangerous and unsafe. The money people pay to come out to the lake is for up keep that isn't getting done. Something needs to be done it is unsanitary.

Have gone here off and on for years, but I think today was the last time. Despite multiple sites indicating you can book a spot online, you can't. I called the office to verify, and they said it's first come first serve. So, I loaded up and went down, went to the self pay kiosk (no office employees on site) paid for 2 nights of full service site, because yes, their kiosk will let you pay for a spot they don't have available. The kids working the lake, they were STELLAR. They did everything they could to try to help me find a spot to park the camper, even with a downgrade to just water and electricity, but those were full too. To add insult to injury, the lake office closes at 11am on friday, and is closed throughout the weekend. On what planet does that make sense?

Small lake. Nobody really bothers you. No park officer driving around with a ticket book constantly. Seems to be good respectful people out there for the most part.
