Very pet friendly for me and my 2 large dogs. Beautiful well kept room. Hot tub. Very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Even the eggs were good and hotel eggs rarely are. Great experience all around.

Truly Pet friendly , no pet fee! Very Nice , well keep , clean accommodations. Staff - friendly and polite. Can't begin to say how appreciative we are about them allowing dogs to stay free! Grounds are clean and very well kept. There are also poop bag dispensers and waste containers in several locations around the grounds . This is by far our favorite hotel .

The smell of the whole place was a bit off-putting, I may just be sensitive to the cleaner they used so no points off, however, our room specifically smelled like biscuits and gravy which was definitely not great. Our dog kept trying to get under the heater and dresser, when I looked those areas clearly hadn't ever been cleaned. The king size room layout isn’t good. Super narrow hallway coming into the room, the bathroom, which is off of the hallway door is a sliding barn door that doubles as the closet door. I’ve stayed in several hotels in the past few months and this is the least functional layout I’ve seen. The walls are super thin, and we could hear hallway/adjacent room/walking above us far more than in other rooms we’ve stayed in recently. It looked like a decent amount of options for breakfast, but the area was packed, and I was pretty over it, so I just grabbed coffee and left, can’t comment on the quality. No trailer parking, which for a new hotel in Moab seems a bit baffling. There were three others with trailers when I was there, and we took up probably 70% of the auxiliary parking lot because there really wasn’t anywhere else to go. We had originally booked for 4 nights, only ended up staying one and getting an Air B&B instead. They also ‘forgot’ to check me out, so I had to stop back by and remind them. Positives: warm, dry, dog friendly. Overall just not what we were looking for.

Nice hotel in Moab with big pool, hot tub & outdoor fire pit grill area. Free breakfast was pretty good also. Off season rate was a great price as we came through for a medical issue, not vacation.

Great quiet room that was clean. Online check-in was amazing to fast track arrival as we’re traveling with kids and we arrived late. Loved being able to get a triple queen room and the price was great. Breakfast was good quality and attendant was friendly and efficient at keeping stock and cleaning.
