Customer Reviews
As soon as I pulled in I saw people smoking off tin foil in there car. Trash covering the entire parking lot syringes too. The outside of the building looks like its falling apart. As soon as I got in the lobby it smelt like cat piss and methamphetamines. The person act the front desk look like they were on drugs. They advertises hotel as a 3.5 star hotel. How old is no bar? There's no restaurant. There's no pool no valet. But there was a couple broken Vending machines. Now let's start with the walk to my room. As I'm walking down the hallway. There is literally homeless people in the hallway passed out charging their cell phones. Baby strollers in the hallway. I got to my room and I crossed my fingers. The room smelt like stale cigarettes AND DEAD CAT. The carpet was riddled with stains. The nightstand had burn marks. The blankets on the bed were heavily stained and they had holes. I ate the cost and I left and went down the road and got a new room. DO NOT STAY HERE IS NASTY!!!!!
Furniture was badly stained with bodily fluids, beds stained with body fluids. Mildew on bathroom fixtures. I had to have housekeeping come and redue the room and explain how it should have been done. Upon re-sweeping the room, one could not only see the dust but hear as there were small beads stuck in corners. I spoke to the manager in the morning, and as a former housekeeper, I told her that the gentleman didn't know how to clean properly or make beds. I spent the evening wiping down surfaces and limiting my comfort.
We stay here when in the area for work. My favorite of the local options. Incredible value. Nice, family run establishment. Hardworking people. Safe feeling and clean, despite the occasional cosmetic issues as they renovate the place. Been staying when in town for the past year and it's nicer every time. The staff are quick to provide room cleaning when requested. Best hotel espresso machine on the coast!
I was thoroughly unimpressed and quite disappointed. Upon arrival, the automatic doors didn’t open nor close. The key cards I received to access my room didn’t work. So the front desk associate changed my room number three times, which none of the rooms would allow me access. She allowed me access to my room without a keycard. Once I was in my room, I noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well. The toilet seat had pee on it, the floor had debris, and the jetted tub had hair in it. The heater and TV did not work either. Night stands and mirror weren’t wiped down and there was a stained pillow in the dresser. I originally was staying for 2 nights but decided to cancel the second night and get a refund. The only reason I stayed the one night was because the jetted tub worked and was very relaxing.
Spent 4 nights here. Considered checking out after first night. Shabby appearance. Sign in room says to leave towels on floor to be changed but this didn't happen. Front desk the next day said "we don't go into your room unless you tell us." Would have been good to tell us that upon check in. Had to go to the front desk when we ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Some road noise and the occasional loud vehicle driving by our window. Front door was closed and had to use the only other entrance on the opposite side of the building. Breakfast was good. Hot items were available which was a plus. On our 2nd day, old room furniture appeared in the hall outside our room and remained through the test of our stay. Multiple mattresses, chairs, tables, etc. It was bizarre. I took pics but can't see how to include them in my review. Would nor recommend this hotel except for single night stays where you're only looking to save money.
