Condo campground on Lake Winnisquam. For most it's a 3 season getaway with the bulk of the lots filled with travel trailers and other semi permanent structures. Pros: Boat launch, sandy beach, year round bath house and full access to the lake. Affordable. Low condo fees. Close to Rt 93 and it's amenities. 40 min from Manchester making it easy to get to a big NH lake quickly. Things to consider: No pets. Most lots have seasonal water (bath house for the remainder). Cannot be used as a permanent residence No overnight stays during early March to early April. That said, if one understands its purpose (camp not house living) and the value (affordable access to a big lake) you'll enjoy it.
Been going here since I was 5. Safe place for the kids to run free and have some alone with some independence. Beach is clean and has community beach toys with a dock for climbing and jumping off of
