Wishon Point Campground

This Campground is absolutely beautiful!! Space between camp sites is large and there is loads of room. The sites are mostly unlevel so RV's need to bear this in mind. The restrooms were spotless and cleaned regularly by the lovely host. No electricity but there are water points. We were lucky to have a whole area to ourselves with not another person in sight. Really special!

Nice little spot for fishing. Except we didn't even get a bite. It was still beautiful though. We had a great time. Restrooms were clean. Need to bring $10.00 cash to pay for restroom and garbage can use.

Such an amazing spot for camping, our space had such a great privacy, clean and beautiful spot. The lady that was hosting the area was very kind, and made the experience even greater. We will definitely come back and repeat the experience.

Nice & wooded campground. The host was friendly & most of the campground was clean. Walking distance to the lake with some viewspots as well as able to walk a mile or so to a nearby market. However, the 1st night on large party was up listening to loud music, talking & laughing loudly & rude until after 3 a.m. The 2nd night there was still a lot of loud groups until nearly midnight even though the quiet hours started at 10 pm.

Campground nestled in the trees and wraps around Bass Lake. Roughly, 10 miles outside of Oakhurst, which is an interesting place to go during a festival. Large campsites at Wishon Point with easy access to boat rentals, gas station, general store, hamburger restaurant, hot showers, and lake access. Great place to chill at the generously-sized lake for fishing and waterskiing in between occasional, long day trips into Yosemite’s south entrance (closest to Glacier Point). Also, hike at Angel Falls and Devils Slide; which are across the lake’s campground.
