They suck... they want you to pay your lease but discourage you from being there.. don't want you to park a vehicle there or to have your boat there. Ed and Jean will tell you one thing and then deny they said it. Don't take my word for it check with the many people who have left or are in the process of selling or check with the thier lawyer.

This is a beautiful campground! The people there are extremely friendly and so willing to go out of their way to help make sure you have a great experience. If you are looking for a long term campground close to the lake, you can’t find anything that is more perfect. And if you are just looking for a weekend or a week vacation, they have wonderful spots to accommodate those needs as well. My experience at the campground was nothing short of wonderful! I highly recommend you giving them a try too!

we have had our camper here for going on 3 years now. we go down and stay at our camper any time we want year round. lots of nice and friendly folks stay here and we have made a lot of really good friends with them. they also have a washer and drier available for use as cost of $3.00 a load. we have enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor pools as well.

Wonderful RV resort facility. Indoor/Outdoor pool...exercise room. Super clean bathrooms. No weekend or overnight camping. Seasonal only. Lots for rent or sale. Friendly people and near Alligator II dock. Edit December 5 2021: the indoor pool has developed structural issues and is now closed for repairs. More campers are moving to the park as full-timers. New friends!

If you are looking for the perfect RV Lot ownership at unbelievable inexpensive pricing look no further. You purchase the RV Lot, and pay a small monthly HOA type fee that includes the upkeep and maintenance of your lot including mowing, along with the community pools. Yes, pools... two pools, one indoor heated and one outdoor with gazebo and shelter. Extra large bath houses beautiful grounds and extra friendly people. And Alligator II is right down the road. So minutes to Lake Cumberland and minutes to Russell Springs. Perfect!
