While the area is peaceful, you may experience some road noise during the day, but the natural beauty and friendly campground hosts more than make up for it. Please note that there is no cell service, allowing you to truly disconnect and immerse yourself in nature.

Wood River Campground is conveniently located near the SNRA visitor center and offers easy access to scenic drives to Stanley and numerous hiking trails. Whether you're looking to explore the outdoors or simply relax by the river, this campground has something for everyone.

• "Very nice campground with Jim being an amazing host. It’s first come first serve but when we got there on September 16th, only one other campground was reserved so we had a lot to choose from. It’s close to the SNRA visitor center, close by to experience a scenic ride to Stanley and plenty of trails nearby. Would definitely come back!"
