We went to Woodchip for the first time this past weekend. The activities were amazing and being able to swim in the very nicely heated outdoor pool in late October was phenomenal. We loved the app, giving us the ability to track what was going on, and interacting with the campground using that platform. The food truck they brought in was amazing and we all had a great time and look forward to returning next year!
This is a great little campground! Everything was very clean and the people were very friendly! We were able to snag a spot last minute and it was a BONUS that the weather was great and they still had the heated pool open in mid-October to enjoy! Reasonable rates and convenient location. Will definitely be back when we're in the area!
This is the nicest family campground with so many amenities. The pool is beautiful and there are so many things for kids to do. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. My dad spent the summer there and was treated so well. I highly recommend it for a quick getaway or a long stay.
Nice, clean campground. Site are spacious along the outside spaces. The middle of the campground seemed a little cramped when sites are full (we stayed over Labor Day Weekend). Amenities include Pool, bathrooms / showers, laundry, camp store, propane, dog park, jump pillow, playground, community center. They had food trucks and kids activities during the weekend. Pretty easy to navigate with our big rig, friendly staff. Overall it was a lovely campground and we had a nice stay.
We had a great time at Woodchip Campground. The people (guests and workers) were great and lots of activities for the kids. The kids were asking as we pulled out when we were booking to go back. We booked a corner lot and would pay the extra money for that again. It's nice to have some space. We loved that the roads were paved for kids riding bikes/scooters. All the drivers were watchful for kids having fun. All in all, a great weekend.
