Great camp with flushing toilets, lodge, amphitheater, and very friendly camp hosts. The lawn and fire rings are clean and well taken care of.
Good campsite, decent bathrooms, handcarts.
Spent a week here with our youth group and had a great experience. So beautiful and peaceful. (Except one of the neighbor's dogs barked half the night) The property is well maintained.
River water wasn’t too extremely swift not really deep either not too cold. Obviously all are subject to changing conditions but even with seemingly safe conditions the camp hosts made it clear… the Rule is under 18 must have a life jacket to enter the water. Not a big deal, they did have a few jackets on hand they loaned out (not sure loaner jackets are always available- bring your own). Neat clean tidy. Didn’t really have mosquitos (again obviously subject to changing conditions). A lot of overgrown trees at least one obvious widow maker and several that still have dead growth that should be removed. Overall really nice camp. Look forward to enjoying every opportunity to go here!
