There are two people that work on the grounds part of the park, Gari (the manager) and Gary. And I have to commend the both of them. This place looks so good!!! It's mowed, weedeated, edged, and blowed off. And, WOW, does it look good. It's very clean and neat. Kudos to you both for your hard work. The owners must be proud to have you working for them... You both are an asset to this company.

I've been here 3 years and I love it. Small quiet and no DRAMA. The manager works so hard keeping it up and nice. Not an overnight park , and hardly ever are there any lots available if you get in you will stay. Low monthly rent, laundry , showers , and manager on site.

Looks like nice place friendly people but where's the good food at I dont see a place to dine . There should be a table bench and bbcue grill in the big empty lot so that family can be able to cook out and enjoy the atmosphere.
