The philosophy of Xtreme RV Resort is to offer everything a guest might need right on the property. This eliminates the need to constantly drive into town, allowing visitors to maximize their relaxation time. The resort boasts an impressive list of amenities, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an on-site general store, and even a liquor store—a significant convenience for adult guests. The wide variety of lodging options, ranging from 100 full-service RV sites to luxurious townhouses and cozy cabins, ensures that every type of traveler can find their ideal stay. It provides a contemporary, secure, and amenity-loaded option for enjoying one of Oklahoma's most beloved recreational lakes.

**Location and Accessibility**

Xtreme RV Resort is exceptionally well-located at **203 Adams Ave, Eufaula, OK 74432, USA**, right in the heart of the Lake Eufaula community. Eufaula is a historic and charming small town in McIntosh County, known as the gateway to Oklahoma's largest lake.

The resort’s key geographical advantage is its **proximity to Lake Eufaula**. It is situated right in the cove area, offering convenient access to **Xtreme Cove Marina** and the water’s edge—often within easy walking distance. This central positioning means RVers and townhouse guests have quick access to dining (such as the nearby Capt. John's Seafood restaurant), local shops, and essential services in the downtown Eufaula area. For accessibility, the resort is easily reached from major state routes, making it a simple drive for visitors from Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and across Eastern Oklahoma. The entire park is designed with large RVs in mind, featuring level, concrete pull-through and back-in pads that ensure easy maneuvering and set-up, even for large motorhomes up to 50 feet. Its location ensures you get a true "resort" feel while staying connected to the charm of a quaint Oklahoma lakeside town.

**What Is Worth Choosing Xtreme RV Resort**

Choosing Xtreme RV Resort is the best decision for the Oklahoman seeking a **premium, amenity-packed destination stay** on Lake Eufaula. It is emphatically worth choosing for those who want a true **"resort" experience** rather than just a place to park. The availability of **100 full hookup, concrete sites** ensures comfort and convenience, especially for big-rig owners who demand high-quality infrastructure.

The major draw is the sheer volume of high-quality, on-site features: the **indoor and outdoor pools**, the **on-site general and liquor stores**, the event facilities, and the proximity to the marina. This concentration of amenities allows for a highly relaxing and memorable trip without ever needing to leave the property. Furthermore, the combination of RV sites, cabins, and multi-bedroom townhouses makes it the ideal spot for **large family reunions or group rallies** where not everyone owns an RV. While reviews note some minor room sizing or kitchen supply issues in the rental units, the overall feedback confirms the property is "beautiful" and provides a convenient, secured, and fun-filled environment. For a modern, full-featured Lake Eufaula getaway, Xtreme RV Resort is the unrivaled choice.

We reserved a 4 bedroom townhouse for 4 adult couples which we were assured would be adequate. What we found was one very large bedroom, two adequate although small bedrooms, and one completely inadequate bedroom with a bed big enough for a child and a room that wasn't much bigger. This should be advertised or at the very least the renter should be warned when specifically asking about the space. The townhouse itself was beautiful and nicely decorated but the kitchen supplies were lacking. Utensils small in number and size. Closets in the smaller bedrooms had no rods or hangars. Despite these things we enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, general store and liquor store, and the lake. Would stay there again but in one of the 2 bedroom townhouses.

Motor home park alongside Lake Eufaula $$. Restaurant within walking distance next to the lake. Quaint little town nearby. Short drive to Carlton Landing (lovely residential homes near lake).

We have stayed T the RV Park 4 times, but we are done. The rates are high for an overnight/weekend stay at their resort. Although the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, the facilities were disappointing. We have tried several of their pads which are paved but none are even close to being level, either side to side a or front to back. We have a Class A motorhome and had to put 4 blocks high on one front tire and 6 on the other. The swimming pool was full of debris. Although they don't "allow" kids driving carts on the premises, there were 3 different instances of it happening. After 3 years of complaining they have finally upgraded their WiFi which was the only redeeming grace. We will be finding another resort to spend our money.

Very nice resort. Very clean, 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), very clean bathhouse, friendly staff and excellent location. The only issue is, the owner won't fix the gate which means anyone can (and they absolutely do) drive thru the park all hours of the night. We stayed over the 4th and multiple golf carts, lawn chairs, ski equipment and gas cans were stolen. We were woken by kid "just driving around" at 330 in the morning. They also opened the pools to the general public during the holiday which really sucked. We paid good prices for the accommodations!
