Yacht Haven Park & Marina – South Florida’s Motorcoach & Yachting Resort.

The place is beautiful, located in a perfect spot it’s close to the football Stadium close to beaches and eateries. They let kids ride scooters everywhere though and they do not care about traffic, the staff and everyone is really nice. The site is amazing clean level hook ups are great.

Great park with water view sites or garden view sites. We stayed on the garden view side which was peaceful and quiet. The water side is of course close enough to walk to and is beautiful! The pool is nice and the tiki hut is fun. The park hosts some events at the tiki hut which is a great way to meet other guests! We also checked out the fitness center which was nice and the laundry facility was clean and has a nice amount of washer/dryers. There are some really great restaurants nearby as well! Close to grocery and shopping too. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly! We would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip through!

The great - this is a unique RV resort with great views of yachts and the river. Staff were helpful and they have RV cleaning on the premises everyday. There is a fitness facility that is better equipped than the overwhelming majority of places we’ve visited, but didn’t look particularly well kept. They also pick up trash you set out in front of your rig every morning. Oh, and although there were only 4 total showers for the entire resort, they are easily the nicest I’ve seen. They showers were well used which is a function of them, frankly, not having enough of them. The not-as-great - the spots are a bit of a crap shoot. While the majority of the waterfront sites are good, there are also A LOT of sites in which I would be very disappointed if we landed there. Our spot was on the waterfront, and was good outside of the view of a dilapidated boat that was parked in the slip directly in front of us (obviously not something the RV park can control). Also, the hookups at our site were all the way at the front which made it a challenge to get our macerator hose to reach. For some who use gravity drainage hoses, it’s probably not a big deal, but you may want to ask. Also there is a huge discrepancy in the consistency of the sites - some you’re on turf, we were on asphalt, and some are on really nice pavers. So I would encourage you to call ahead to inquire about the details of each individual site ahead of booking. Given the inconsistency of the sites, I would encourage management to proactively include pictures of each individual site on their website. Based on our experience (results may vary) this had a big mish mash of people. It was a lot louder than most parks we’ve been to (a bit of a party vibe) both on the adult and kid side of the spectrum. The staff had to send out emails almost daily about kids going too fast on e-scooters and noise after 10 pm. Our neighbor had their music on until after 1 am every night, so I could relate. So, if you’re looking for quiet relaxation, I’m not sure if this would be your jam. Next, the area right outside the resort is a little sketchy, so while you can have a nice walk through the resort grounds (which are fully gated and secure), there probably won’t be an opportunity for you to wander/explore on foot or by bike off the grounds. The good news is there are plenty of activities/shopping within a 5-15 minute drive (Dania/Hollywood beach is about a 15 minute drive and they are GREAT). Finally, there are a number of things we weren’t able to participate in - the resort often will have activities/events on-site. They also have pontoon boats to rent (I believe) - so you’ll need to inquire about those if there’s any interest.

Our time at Yacht Haven Park & Marina was a memorable highlight of our RV trip. Yes, it's on the pricier side, but well worth it! The location right on the water is hard to beat, and we enjoyed the lovely views from our site (701). The resort’s amenities are excellent. From the clean, modern facilities to the well-kept grounds, everything is thoughtfully arranged to give guests a comfortable experience. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. My husband and I had a wonderful time here, and for those looking for a high-quality, well-equipped waterfront resort, Yacht Haven Park & Marina is a fantastic choice. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This is in a prime location, waterfront, with beautiful yachts all round. The grounds are very clean and the staff in the resort super friendly. Sites are small as is the dog park, one of the prices you pay for waterfront.
