These folks, these wonderful folks! We had the pleasure of staying at Yates Resort by an unanswered prayer. We had heating issues with our vehicle on the way to Tennessee. Not knowing anything about where we were, we Googled the area and we were within 10 minutes of the resort. I called and explained what happened and Kim was ready to accommodate! She even told just how to get there! My family was shown hospitality from people whom we had never met! Both of them even offered to help us get setup. They offer all three service hookups on every site. Clean and neat areas with access to their dog park and a dumpster for the trash! If you're in the area and are looking for a quiet place to back in and setup and getaway from everything, please lookup Yates Resort! Great place and even better people! My kids are still talking about the walking trail and the playground! Thank you guys again so much!

We stayed at Yates RV Resort Camground for several months while building our home. Mike and Kim are the best. We never had to worry about security while we were away. They keep the park so clean and trimmed. Every site is large and wide, accommodates large and small rigs. You can tell, they take great pride in their park and put 100% effort into making your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this park as the best in the area!

Very clean. Spacious sites. Liked the old signs, vehicles etc. Great WiFi and very nice dog park. I liked that it was only 10 sites and quiet. Would definitely return.

This rv park is one of the best we have stayed at in 7 years of full time traveling! Kim and Micheal are amazing hosts and great people to get to know! They really care about the park and are always around or easy to get in touch with. I am sad to have to go but will definitely be keeping them for future stays. I would highly recommend this rv park for long term stays!
