This is a very convenient and affordable campsite. There are parking sites for RVs, tents, a few small cabins and a larger cabin with restrooms and showers. Also available are public restrooms/showers, a store, fire woods and ice. Fire ring, parking spots, fishing locations by the stream, play grounds and picnic tables are also conveniently available. We took the largest cabin which was very comfortable. Staff was great to work with. Yellow creek park across the road offers many fishing, hiking and chilling spots. Not far from bigger towns like Indiana and Johnstown. Check out Buttermilk falls if you can!

The view we had was beautiful! We were surrounded by these big, shady trees, and our camping spot was so nice and level, which made setting up easy. When we arrived on Sunday, the campground was wonderfully quiet, just the way we like it. We also found that the camp store had reasonably priced firewood available for our campfire in the evenings. On top of that, the location is just a short walk to the entrance of Yellow Creek State Park, and the campground is dog-friendly. They have large and clean bathrooms and showers.

Nice place to camp. Two different playgrounds. One for the tiny tots and one for other kids. Shower house with toilet stalls. There are port a potties up by the bigger playground, but by Saturday afternoon they were gross smelling. Lots of Saturday activities going on for kids and adults. Small store with bags of ice. You can fish right at the campground. My neighbor caught a nice one first thing Sunday morning before we left despite the dry month we've had and very low water. You can get loaner bikes from the office and they also sell firewood if you need. My spot was only booked a week or so in advance so it was perfect for a last minute getaway. Yellow Creek park is a short drive away with lots of trails for walking, hiking, and mountain biking. I'd definitely return.
