Our family had the best time! We were there during some rainy/chilly weather, so it was fairly empty. Our kids had so much fun playing and loved the bubble foam party. We will definitely be back during the warmer summer season to take advantage of the awesome pool area. Staff were all very friendly with us.
We love Jellystone Park Kozy rest, very clean, beautiful pool and water park. Love that there is so much for the kids and adults to do all the time. The camp store has a big selection and so does the restaurant. We will be back several more times this year. We had our RV
We’ve gone two years in a row now and have already booked our third stay! We have 4 kids from age 8-3 and there is something for everyone to do! I really feel like whoever designed the park did it with families in mind! I just love that we can have so much fun while relaxing on vacation!
Super cool jellystone. Was clean, free of trash on ground, newly renovated cabins!! The pool closed too early but otherwise cool stuff to do. Nice park and games and such they even had karaoke for the kids
Just finished a week stay. Every thing was great except the weather it mostly rained. As we were packing up to leave we found that one of our slide outs would not retract. We have a Keystone Montana 3941 FO. We tried to bring the slide in manually but the bolts to the manual motor were totally stripped by who ever installed it. We called camping world where we bought it brand new 3 months ago and they were no help. Called keystone and they were no help. We called the office at the campground to let them know what was going on. They were very understanding and said they would send their maintenance guys down. They arrived but couldn't really do anything for liability reasons and we understood that.. check in time is 3pm and it was 2:30 and they had a new camper scheduled for our site. We called the manufacturer of the slide, they talked us through wiring the bad slide to the good slide but it didn't work. We called multiple mobile repairmen. One said he could come later the next day. So we had maintenance get in touch with the office to see if they wanted us to move to another site and they did. Maintenance crew led us to the new site totally watching that our slide did not hit anything. They guided us into the new site. The office advised us that we could stay on the new site for 2 more days if needed. Again the staff was so polite, professional and understanding even though we were throwing a wrench into their scheduling etc. I just can't say enough about them. So we set back up for what we hoped was only an overnight stay.. we got the slide out fixed the next day. It had a bad slide controller. The controller on the bedroom slide was used on the bad slide and it worked. So the same controller had to be used for the living room and bedroom slide.( Pain in the butt.) We went up and advised the office that we were leaving the site that day. But I know for a fact had we not of gotten it taken care of they would accommodate us for however long we needed. It was so nice to not have any pressure from them to get it fixed and leave the campground. On a side note I do not recommend buying anything from Keystone. We have used this camper 3 times and every time something has broken. Including the entire king sized bed ripping out of the wall and slide it was attached to ( with 3 tiny screws) this camper looks beautiful but is so cheaply made. 125 thousand dollar camper and it is falling apart and in places zip tied together. Contacting keystone about everything that has broken was worthless. They don't stand behind their products at all. They did say that the repairs MAY be covered under warranty but they are not sure. They have just stopped responding to me. Don't waste your hard earned money on anything that they are involved with. To the Jellystone staff keep up the great work!!
