Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park RV Camp Resort of the Alabama Gulf Coast

We had lots of fun. The Resort is close to a lot of different adventures if that's what you are looking for. The Resort also has special events for your family if that's what you want. We missed the parade the day we arrived but we did get to enjoy the music at the resort. Our cabin was really big and very nice, we had cabin #1. We had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be back and hopefully soon. Thank You to everyone at the Resort for a great vacation.

We absolutely love our experience at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park! We stayed for a month, and the affordable rent was well within our budget, making it an excellent choice for a family getaway. We were in Boo Boo Cabin #2, which, at first glance, seemed small from the outside. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness inside. It was very comfortable, featuring a bunk bed for the kids and a cozy futon. The cabin was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, heater, and AC, although an AC upgrade could be a nice addition for everyone's comfort in hot weather. The park itself has undergone significant improvements with the new management, and I must say, they have truly turned this place around for the better! I recall visiting two years ago, and it was not in very good shape then, but now it looks fantastic. The overall atmosphere is inviting, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making this a family-friendly destination. The activities available for kids are fantastic! My child absolutely loved everything, especially the playground, rock climbing wall, and gem mining areas, which were huge hits. Each day was filled with fun at the pool, where we spent countless hours swimming and enjoying the sun. The variety of activities provided kept our days full of adventure and excitement. Overall, our stay at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park has been a memorable one, and we will definitely be back whenever we get the chance. This place is a hidden gem, perfect for families looking to create lasting memories!

I love it here. The staff are amazing! The atmosphere is so great. We intended to stay a month, but have extended it another month. I just don't want to leave.

Whitney did an amazing job with activities. The weekend activities were great. A lot of the activities during the week you had to pay and were self guided activities. Carey was always willing to help out where ever she was needed. The office staff for the most part were helpful and would go out of there way to help you. Roger went above and beyond helping us out before we got to the campground . The cafe staff was great but the food could have been better. We loved the shaded pull through sites but would have preferred if they had more concrete sites. There are a group of kids that live full time at the campground that do bully and physically attack other children and are not supervised. Our experience at this campground would have been a lot better if they were not there. The negative was a septic issue that was not taken care of for 10 days. So we couldn’t empty our tanks fully without having it back up onto the grass and lines during this time. The septic lines needed to be snaked once this happened we were fine.

Campground was decent. We have stayed before and this place could be really great but nothing has been updated over the years. Location is pretty good as far as getting to the beach.
