We have been here many times but this was a complete disappointment. We paid the high price because when we booked there were many activities for our kids. They had NONE of those activities! They finally let kids do crafts on their own. They did show the movie at dark. The office never opened at the advertised time. App times, nor the time the schedule said they sent out the day before !! We don't feel the price we paid was anywhere close to the activities especially when the pool is closed in November the activities should be even more!!! We have advertised for this campground through word of mouth for years. I am so shocked!!!
My wife and I were nervous about staying due to us being apart of the LGBTQ community. But once we arrived, our nerves quickly went away. Would recommend to anyone in the community as they are quick to make anyone feel welcome!! Special shout out to Roger Manning!!! He was the kindness worker and the most gracious to help in any way. It was an absolute pleasure to camp near you. My wife and I were so impressed with the level of care you give to the campers and we will be back to visit soon :) -Ally & Sierra
We loved it so much we are planning our next trip already back there. Miss. Amanda went out of her way to make this trip special for our son. Thank you. Mr. Camp was really nice and helpful. He spoke every time he saw us outside. Very nice worker there.
Such a great week at Jellystone and it’s all thanks to Roger Manning who works there and also happened to be camped near us. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure our stay was enjoyable and his great personality only added to the fun. He helped us with our camper, navigate the park, kept us up-to-date on event times and was super kind to our pups. Not only did Roger make our stay amazing, we saw him constantly engaged with visitors throughout our stay and was helping everyone around him. We now have a life long friend and a wonderful park to visit in the future. I really hope Roger will receive the recognition he deserves and a pay raise for his efforts. He alone made the trip worth it and will be the reason we return in the future!!! THANKS ROGER :)
For a campground that's open year round it's cozy and nice, and Amanda in activities is the best. While you can't expect the same service in summer as the cold season for obvious reasons, my kids have a place to socialize and enjoy a public surrounding year round. Keep it up.
