We stayed one night at Crescent Lake Resort and were so impressed with the amazing customer service. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the service and food were top-notch. We hope to stay longer next time.

What a wonderful place! Easy lake access, cute cabins, and beautiful views. We came before the season, with snow still on the ground. The water was clear and a gorgeous light green – it felt like a tropical beach!

This review is about service, not the resort itself. Crescent Lake has been a family tradition for four generations. It was sadly closed this summer due to nearby fires. It's been over a month since I was notified and my reservation was cancelled, and I still haven't received my refund.

Our reservation was cancelled due to the fires. I appreciate them being upfront and giving plenty of notice. Emails were sent, and refunds were processed. I'll try to come back.

Beautiful lake, great beach for kids. The restaurant menu was limited to mostly fried food. Drinks were good, and service was great. They have boat, paddleboard, and other rentals. Jet ski rentals seemed expensive ($350/4hrs), and they were out of order. Cabins were okay, but the showers were short (and I'm not tall), and there's no AC. It was extremely hot in July, and I couldn't sleep until late. Even a window AC unit would have helped. Overall, it was good, but some improvements would make it much better.
