DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Executive Meeting Center Palm Beach Gardens

Stay away baby German cockroaches! We will never stay at this hotel again. I wasn’t expecting an amazing top of the line hotel but I do expect a clean room at the very least. Upon entering I noticed the carpet was in terrible condition. The next think we noticed was the magnified mirror, shower head and the metal stands at the bottom of the large dresser all had rust stains. It was pretty bad but even with that I wasn’t going to make a big deal. The bathroom tiles were disgusting and dirty. To top it all off as I’m in the bathroom getting ready for my cousins wedding blow drying my hair I see a tiny baby cockroach climbing up the wall. It was disgusting. They say it’s a really bad sign if there’s a baby roach because that means there must me a family of roaches. After I saw the roach I did go down to the front desk to see what we could do. They did switch us to another room but that room wasn’t the best either but at least the shower was cleaner. The 2nd rooms toilet also would not flush. For reference we stayed in room 307 and then moved to 504. We are very upset that we had to waste our money here. Roaches are simply unacceptable. I hope we do not bring them home with us because that’s a huge fear of mine. Please update this hotel and do a better job cleaning and get massive pest control immediately.

We had an awesome stay here. The highlight was a gentleman named Robert who served us breakfast and made our kids feel like a million bucks! Robert, our kids still talk about you a month later! But the whole staff at this place was incredible, so helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a dump. Built in the 70's and very outdated. I would never stay here again . The shower and bathroom are old no water pressure. We were on the 5th floor and had 2 salamanders on our bed when we came back from dinner. Went to front desk and they had no other rooms. We had to sleep on the bed in our clothes at night for 2 nights. Air conditioning system was so loud it sounded like it was going to blow up. After complaining the lady at the front desk did nothing for us. It ruined our trip and flew back to CT early which cost us $ 800 I changed fees to change our flights. It was the trip from he'll. Thank you Hilton you suck...

Over the past weekend, I stayed at this facility with my family while attending a funeral. I had no complaints. The facility was clean, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. One staff member that stood out the most was Robert who worked as a waiter during breakfast on both days we were there. We can't thank him enough for his kindness during a difficult time. The location isn't bad depending on what area you are visiting. It is quite a drive from the Wellington area which is where we were during our visit.

I've been staying at this hotel for 20 years. It's very convenient in PBG, the people are friendly, those are the good things. It was a little old before, but the rooms are showing their age. They really need to do a refresh. It's dated for sure.
