Amy, the Front Desk Manager was very sweet, extremely knowledgeable, and very good at what she does. Extremely courteous, and the sweetest lady I think I've ever met. She most certainly deserves a raise or promotion should the opportunity arise. The rooms are always exceptionally clean and very spacious, plenty of charging ports and electric outlets in the room.

When my family and I first pulled up to the hotel, it didn't look very welcoming and the smell upon walking in wasn't pleasant. Hotel definitely needs to be updated... The lady by the name Amanda of was very nice, welcoming and professional. She made me and my family feel very welcome and we decided to stay. Must say the rooms was clean. Ran into an issue and the GM by the name of Mr Jackson was no help at all. He definitely need to take some management classes to better handle situations. Left him a message and never heard back from him. Very disappointed how he handled a situation after my family had over 4 rooms reserved.. Will be contacting corporate on the situation. Thanks Again Amanda! 😊

I used my cash app card to pay I was having problems with the family and needed some time away. For those of yall that don't know cash app when swiped comes right out me and my fiancee stayed for 5 days $706 was our total not bad. This is where it gets bad bc they ended up clearing our band account for over $800. It's been two weeks and still my problem has not been resolved. We stayed 1/19/25-1/24/25.Its a pretty decent place but if you stay here or have in the past check your bank or credit card statements

Paid 250 (with a hold) for a night, have to switch to another room the second night due to us having to stay longer (that's not the issue) the issue is with the rude blonde hair female at the front desk. The first night the morning of the 14th; I went down to get breakfast for the kids, husband and me. I get there at 8 ish which breakfast is from 6-9. They only had sausage sandwiches, cereal and you could see where the eggs were. I asked her about them and she had to go ask someone else, cool that's fine I can wait. She came back and said she was just waiting on her. I asked what the other thing was because nothings labeled and allergies ya know. Everytime I asked a question she answered and looked to the right and laughed. Sorry my questions were so laughable to be at. They didn't have any eggs so I grabbed two bagels, and two containers of cereal. I've never felt so disrespected with how she eyed me when she saw what I grabbed. I'll be sure to bring something tonight for breakfast. Also the housekeeping decided to bang on our door to clean the room at 8 in the morning. Not happy about that. Your telling me they don't have a list of rooms? They just know who's checking out that day and assume they left at 8 in the morning? Come on now.

Fast friendly check it however the rooms are dated. Clean but it needs to be updated. There was no soap in the bathroom and I had to go to the desk to get some. The remote control on the TV did not work so I had to google the remote for instructions to set it up. I didnt find it to be a top notch hotel but then again the night price was less than other areas. updated..there were limited hotels available so I had to come back and again realized how outdate this place is and the smell in the elevator. Breakfast is the worst of any Marriott location we have ever been to. Dried out sausages and both bananas and apples were bad. Why would they even put out stuff like that.
