Very nice very Hampton inn. We always try to stay at a Hampton inn when traveling because they never let us down. Rooms were great and clean. The breakfast is always a plus and well done. The manager behind desk was very helpful in choosing place for dinner. He recommended an Italian restaurant 5 minutes away and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend!
The hotel management and staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience. The coffee was delicious and available all day as well as refreshing water and hot water. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold food choices and juices. The rooms are VERY clean and were recently remodeled. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are convenient pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. There is a body lotion pump as well. There is a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in our room with a few other amenities. The hotel offers a clean fitness room with a variety of exercise machines and equipment. The location is perfect for us as we are here as out-of-state guests for a wedding. Our local wedding relatives inquired about this motel since they have never stayed here, and we were able to give them a top recommendation for this motel as well for future reference. We would definitely stay here again on our next return trip.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – AVOID THIS HOTEL! I had a horrible experience with Hampton Inn Dade City due to their complete lack of customer care. I canceled my reservation 2–3 days before the free cancellation deadline, but because Booking.com failed to notify the hotel, so they claim, I was wrongly charged over $200. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the hotel refused to take any responsibility and showed zero willingness to assist. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they flat-out refused to speak with Booking.com or make any effort to help me get my refund. Instead, they just told me it was Booking.com’s fault and left me to deal with it alone. Even after I provided proof of the cancellation and the charge, they still refused to help. On top of that, because my card is European, I was also charged a $20 international transaction fee—another cost I wouldn’t have had if the hotel and Booking.com had handled my cancellation properly. It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still stuck in this endless back-and-forth with no refund and no real support from the hotel. Their complete lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist customers speaks volumes. I will never stay here, and I highly recommend that others avoid this hotel and booking.com at all costs! It’s better to book directly with a hotel and avoid websites like these.
We stayed 3 nights in room #201. This is the 1st time we have ever stayed at a Hampton Inn that only gave 2 towels per room. 😳 So everyday we had to ask for more. 2 out of 3 days the room was cleaned. There was a leak in the shower door , so when u got out of the shower the floor was soaked. The lady at the front desk was nice to put my ice cream in their freezer every night tho, because our King Size room didn't have a freezer. So, I really appreciated that. The towels were clean. The bed was clean and comfy. Unfortunately I didn't get any pics of the room except for the hair that was all over the floor when we arrived. There was also hair on the counter tops in the bathroom. The HUGE DOWNFALL WAS that whoever was above us was LOUD AF!!!!!! JUMPING ALL AROUND THE FLOOR NONSTOP THROUGH THE LATE NIGHT , THEN ALSO STARTING AT 7AM!!!!!!!@@ VERY ANNOYING !!! SO DO NOT GET A 2ND story room because u will not get sleep. I called the front desk to complain at midnight because it was so loud we were trying to sleep. Nothing was done and it just continued to get louder and louder. We even had our own fan and the room fan/air on constant and it was still wayyyy louder then that. We were not happy this morning when we left as we were so tired 😴!!
We could not be more thankful for this hotel. Our home was severely damaged from the hurricane, 2 of our 3 cars were hit by a tree and not drivable, we live on a well and were out of power for 5 days. The staff here were all so sweet and professional. The free breakfast was delicious. The beds are so nice and the rooms were impeccably clean. We needed something to go right after everything we have been through and the stress from this hurricane has been horrible. Alisha at the front desk was great, and really everyone was. She helped us to extend our stay and was super helpful and nice. We will always come here now. Thank you to everyone for being so amazing, kind, and helpful during our stay here.
