The staff are incredibly kind. I requested early check in because I was using the day to catch up on sleep after a new baby. Tim got me in right away and I was welcomed with snacks and a beautiful card. Such compassion and attention to detail! Best sleep ever.

Nice clean hotel, staff was nice and professional. The breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious and clean. I took one star off because the desk chair had cheese twist on it from the previous guest. So I'm assuming it wasn't wipe down or anything for the next guest, but the rest of the room was clean. I would stay here again, and refer to others.

Easy check in. Good size suite . 2 beds and a sofa bed . Breakfast is included and it's a good breakfast . Not the cheap Motel 6 fruit and cereal . This was good . Plenty of parking and they don't charge to park unlike some other places . Decent value but with breakfast included you cant go wrong .

I was so upset that I checked out early. Initially we had a lovely experience. Check in was great! The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive.........then they had a change in staff. I returned to my room to find my prescription gone. There was a note on our bed saying that there was evidence of smoking in the room. There evidence was an empty pack of cigarettes. Not illegal to have. If they bothered to check the scans in and out of the room OR the cameras they would see she went out. The front desk staff and the manager could NOT have been worse. The manager was so arrogant. I have worked in the service industry 25+ years. I would NEVER treat a guest that way. If I did, I would certainly not have a job. He told me I need to "go take a few minutes to calm and then I could talk to him". Or, he could do his job, resolve the issue, and then I would be calm. His attitude was so condescending. Why would I be calm when I had something very important was taken and the hotel was trying to scam me? Then the staff just did not want to hear about it and I needed to be calm. My vacation was completely ruined. I would steer clear of Hyatt Properties if this is how they allow staff to interact with guests. Maybe Tuesday nights are not the A team.
