Plan to spend 3-4 extra hours if you use the laundry machines here. If one of the washing machines fails to spin your load dry, the first extra hour is waiting for the level headed manager to come in (who ends up not coming in at the time they'd said, anyways). The second hour is for rerunnning your load and you can finally get to drying it the third hour (or alternately wringing it "dry" by hand and and it has to go through twice as many dryers for twice as long). Now if another washer's load doesn't spin dry either, be sure to stand in front of your dryer. Because they are likely to go get the not level headed manager for a refund. Which manager will opportunistically empty the quarters from all the dryers, which ends any cycle running, no matter if there is still half the time on the clock. That manager will then lie to you that there was not still time on the clock. The pupose of standing in front of your dryer is to finish the load by prevention of a premature ending from quarter emptying. I shouldn't have to be afraid the other manager will rip my head off, or even retaliate, if I ask for help or refunds from laundry machines. One of these photos is of the load that didn't spin dry. It wasn't even full. They keep blaming the tenants for wrecking the machines. Doesn't this prove it's not the tenants, but the substandard machines the owners have failed to replace.... for years...? That same machine from the other person washing today, the machine that didn't spin dry- this same machine has done that to me twice before. Yet it goes back into service without the problem every getting fixed (or replaced). I've also re-added back the photo of the blanket that I was yelled at for washing here (purple, folded). It's small, right?! This review will remain and photos cumulative until I have had three consecutive episodes of laundry with no delays from malfunctioning machines, nor attitude and/or lies from the employees here, from the top all the way down.

We have just moved in here. The rv sites are small, and we weren't told that our cargo trailer would have to be in their storage area at a cost of $100 a month. But the office compensated us the first 2 months. We have met a couple of our new neighbors, and they seem to be friendly enough. I used the laundry room, and the price to wash and dry is no more than other places. I would recommend Mountain Shadows to family and friends at this point.

I can’t rate Mountain Shadow for their rooms, location, nor aesthetics . . . but I can rate them on their terrible customer service! A simple email through their website got me a response that started with “Dear (Name)”. Seriously? The employee (Marc) who responded (he left his name in parentheses also??) obviously could not take the time to look at my name at the end of my email and then undergo the arduous task of cutting & pasting it into his response. All I asked was if they had availability for the size of my fifth wheel and what were their daily rates. The response was “we reserved a spot but you must give us a valid credit card for a $50.00 deposit” without answering any of my questions. So I replied no thanks and pointed out that maybe a bit more attention to detail would express better customer service - and got this response from Terrie “You(r) are absolutly right .Thank you we have canceled the request”. It would seem that as the manager Terrie is also so constrained for time she couldn’t add a salutation nor a signature. Is this a life-ending catastrophe? Of course not. I will also grant that this isn’t a reflection of what Mountain Shadow RV campground has to offer potential clients . . . but first impressions, while they constitute a small part of the client/ service-providing experience, are IMPORTANT. At least two employees at MS can’t grasp this idea which makes me wonder about the whole of that organisation. From this interaction it is apparent that what is important to them was getting my credit card. Provide the friendly service first, the money should be second. Just my two cents and I wish MS the best of luck in the future. They certainly won’t see me or my friends any time soon.

This is a nice campground located in the heart of Draper, UT. Its location is convenient but it is very close to the extremely noisy I-15 and there is a constant roar of traffic. The sites are very close together and are arranged bank-to-back so that you share your front t space with your neighbors. The campground is nicely landscaped and well maintained. Each site has good shade and nice grass. Price $71.00

Interesting place. Lots of hook ups. Some have big beautiful trees. Small pool on site. Lots of long term residents which definitely make it look less nice. They need to clean up their Lots.
