I think this motel was really nice! It was really cheap for 1 night and all the amenities made it worth the stay. The hot tub could have been a little cleaner and the TV in our room was really annoying but besides that the breakfast, pool, and room were great! We didn't interact with the staff a lot but they were kind and helpful from what we saw. They're pet friendly as well!

⚠️READ THIS BEFORE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL⚠️ The Manager's name is Dawn and her "side kick" is Debbie. I have spent thousands at this hotel between seasonal work. I have always been an excellent, quiet, clean and respected guest and every hotel I stay at has great respect for me and loves seeing me come back as a result. Recently, I stayed at this hotel again for a week and when calling to book the room I was greeted in an extremely rude manner by the night desk agent, Jennifer. I did not even formally complain about this experience but simply mentioned it to the manager Dawn after being told by Debbie that I should mention the issue. In addition to the rude experience with Jennifer, I also mentioned the fact that she smokes weed on the clock and had no problem telling me about it in front of a new hire that she was training that evening. On 2/8, I went down to the front desk and was informed by Debbie that the manager said I was no longer allowed to stay anymore. I immediately knew something was wrong with this picture so I asked why I would not be allowed to stay anymore. Debbie said verbatim " because you complained". When I responded by saying "that's not a reason to bar me from the property", Debbie said " we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". This is very important for any future guest to be aware of. No matter how much money you spend or how good of a guest you are.....if you complain about a staff member no matter how ridiculous of an unacceptable experience you have with them.... this management will likely ask you to leave. Now, let's all think about this for a moment. What business would run off excellent good paying customers because one of their staff treated them poorly??? One that's trying to cover something else up? Like overcharging guests? Surely the owner of this privately owned hotel is not aware that management is permanently running off excellent guests that spend a lot of money.... just because they mention the questionable actions of a staff member? There is something more going on here. In my opinion , something shady between Dawn and Debbie is going on at this property. I was informed today that they have done the same thing to several guests that were non problematic guests who had spent thousands at the hotel. One of those guests is the guest that warned me last year when I stayed that Debbie was purposely overcharging guests and possibly pocketing the money. I started to watch for discrepancy in what I was being charged and she was doing exactly what I was told. SEVERAL TIMES, she would try to tack a couple bucks on top of the total charge for the night and I would immediately point it out to her and she would apologize and change it no questions asked. Now, do the math here, if the charge was legitimate, she would have explained why it was correct. She immediately changed it every time. This is an obvious sign of it purposely being done. A dollar or 2 is hard to notice but if you get 20 or 30 customers to not pay attention to the discrepancy then it adds up quick. I was double charged by the manager Dawn and she tried to smooth talk and confuse me into thinking I owed the money for another night I was supposedly not charged for. The double charge was put back on my account then she double charged me again. My bank is still investigating these charges. I filed a police report with the local police department and Wyndham hotels is also investigating. I am also in the process of getting in touch with the owner of the property and several of the guests that had similar experiences. Don't let this property abuse you finacially then kick you out when you speak up about it. Document everything, find other guests they are taking advantage of and abusing then get in contact with the owner of the property, file police reports if needed and become part of changing the corrupt and unacceptable management of this property. We pay these people's paychecks by paying good money to stay there.

This is a late review....but be forewarned. We stayed 1 night..2 rooms in July 2024. They said we booked a pet friendly room...it was disgusting! We walked in the room and the smell of urine was overwhelming. When the front desk staff walked in, she went directly over to the window and opened it. We said absolutely not staying in the room. No other rooms were available so we had to bunk in with my mother-in-law. She slept on a roll away bed that was very well worn. She was sleeping on springs. We were told they would credit us for a room...never did. Disgusting place...keep driving! By the way we don't have pets!

Booked a one-night stay for my nephew and I as a fun staycation to use the pool. I even mentioned it to the front desk person when I booked. Upon check-in, nothing was mentioned about the pool being closed. Apparently, it's been closed for weeks due to an "exhaust issue." My nephew was upset but we decided to try to make the best of it. We went to Fred Meyer for some snacks. Then realized they are actively promoting their pool and hot tub and not telling anyone it's unusable. The room smelled awful, the refrigerator didn't work, and the "breakfast" was a joke. For $75, stay somewhere else.

Location was great for a concert at the amphitheater. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not welcoming. The next day, a different front desk person was super friendly. Breakfast was a small selection including popcakes(small pancakes), cereal. No bacon, scrambled eggs. Pet friendly room was worn down. Burn marks on the bathroom floor. Room smelled weird upon entering—maybe it’s the products used for pet friendly rooms, idk. Desk chair needs to be steam cleaned. On the plus side, the room seemed pretty insulated. I couldn’t hear the concert from the amphitheater while in the room even though I could hear it when in the parking lot. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. I think it needs to be replaced. We did not sleep well and left feeling tired which played a big part in my rating. Overall, this stay was not worth the price I paid. I’ll look elsewhere next time.
