I stayed here for a few nights in late February 2025 in cabin 6. I was greeted right when I pulled up, and the man was very friendly and welcoming. The cabin itself was very cozy and very toasty! The shared bathroom hut was a bit further than I anticipated in winter, but would have been absolutely no problem in summertime (I did choose a cabin without a bathroom inside though). The showers were warm and the bathroom facilities were always clean! The train running at night was a bit disruptive, as was the radiator clicking on for heat, so maybe pack some earplugs just in case. Since it was winter, the restaurant wasn't open and the resort area was pretty dead/quiet -- I expect it's quite lively and fun in summer! Location was great, about 20 minutes to West Glacier entrance/Going-to-the-sun-road. Wifi connection wasn't always the most consistent, but good enough for basic surfing, messaging, etc. I would stay here again if I return in warmer months.
Our family of 4 stayed two nights and LOVED IT! Less than 20 minutes from West Glacier entrance, shops, food, etc. We stayed in globe #8 and loved it! Beds were great, linens and towels were great quality, the AC/Heat unit worked great, and the shower was awesome! We will 100% recommend this to everyone traveling out here and we would stay again in a heartbeat! The tavern was great too! Burgers are great and the staff all throughout the campground are fun, easy-going, and helpful! They even set up bonfires every night!
This camping resort was an absolute gem! The staff were friendly, super helpful, and made us feel welcome. The campsite was clean and well-maintained, and the GeoDomes offer a really cool experience! We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the bathroom and the bed both were. The site was only about 20 minutes from the West Glacier entrance, providing the perfect base for our outdoor adventures. The entire experience was truly relaxing and enjoyable. We can't wait to come back and create more memories! Highly recommend!
We were guests at Triple G's resort. I found your listing on Google after seeing some pictures. Later found out the pictures are not up to date. I called to inquire and promptly got assistance from someone named Jenny. There was an offer of 10% off the full price if you paid via ZELLE. That was a mistake with this booking. Jenny was very communicative before getting the fee. She was noticeably harder to reach after my money was sent and received. No one was in the "Tavern/office". We only saw someone there after 5 pm on the first day during our three-day stay. Upon entry, we immediately noticed the sagging, broken-down curtains on the right. There were two portable heaters and the mini split (Mr. Cool unit). However, none of these was operable. A circuit breaker had blown, and after reaching out to Jenny, she was able to have someone come over to reset the circuit. The maintenance men had to 'break' into the utility closet because they did not have the keys to get into it! These occurrences all happened within several hours after we had checked in. This experience highlighted the urgent need for thorough maintenance checks and the need for all amenities to work before guests arrive. After they got the electricity back on, we proceeded to settle in. We could not close the curtains because they were broken and hanging down. Again, I reached out to Jenny, who said she would have her team come over in the morning to fix the curtains; I stayed in all day the next day waiting, but no one showed up. I tried to contact her again but got no response. Day two went well until the evening. When I went in to get a shower, the water was off! I tried to contact Jenny again, NO RESPONSE. At this time, I reached out to Mr. Towle and got somewhat of an explanation that this was a seasonal water shortage. He assured me he would get it back on (it did come back on) and contact me in the morning because it was late in the evening. He DID NOT contact me in the morning as he said he would. This lack of communication about the water shortage could have been better. We should have been informed about the possibility of a shortage during this time of year. Apparently, this is a yearly occurrence. Your website does not mention any possible inconveniences, one being the possibility of water shortages during the end of the season. Better communication about such issues is crucial to ensure a smooth guest experience. It also shows integrity and gives guests confidence in your establishment. Another huge inconvenience is the noise. Namely, THE TRAIN. Constant train & highway noise. On your website, it looks like you will have a wilderness retreat experience, to the contrary. We had to put up with the loud trains and eighteen-wheelers traveling up and down the highway for three days. I know that you have no control over these. However, they should be mentioned on the website for full disclosure. The surrounding grounds were also unkempt. Numerous dead trees pose a threat of falling over and possibly hitting a dome, tent, cabin, someone's car, or even a person! Several sites were not useable and unsightly. They looked like fallen trees or high winds destroyed them. It made me wonder when the last time an owner was on the property to evaluate its poor condition. Also, the WI-FI and internet connections were inconsistent during the three-day time span. On the last night, it rained quite heavily. Around three am, I was awoken by dripping water on my head from the skylight in the ceiling! The ceiling had several patches in place, so I don't know if it was an existing or new hole. We heard water dripping in other parts of the dome but attempted to sleep despite the dripping water. I would give this property a one-star rating: half star for the grounds and half star for the better-than-nothing lodging. They seem more interested in getting and KEEPING your money than making sure you have a 5-star experience.
Be careful with this resort area however you book it. All they care about is stealing your money. Ours had accidentally been booked without us knowing on airbnb (my phone was taken and used my info.) I found out 10 minutes later and instantly emailed the host. The host Devon is a terrible person and only cares about his wallet. There's no proper customer service here. Took him a day to reply after I messaged 3 times explaining. Said no refund because it was a last minute cancel. I filed a report with airbnb and he took another day to reply. Didn't offer to help out with partial refund or anything. Stopped replying, took my money and didn't care. Because of him I lost lots of money so thanks for being a scam
