We are so happy that we chose this dealership! We purchased an amazing 5th wheel from Dylan. He was very knowledgeable and NOT pushy at all. The whole process was easy and they treated us like family. The manager treated us kindly and it was obvious that the staff works well together. They delivered the unit, followed up with us, took the time to teach us what we needed to know, and the whole team worked hard to ensure that we were happy. We HIGHLY recommend them!

At first glance this was wonderful!! Then we had some issues with what was said to us about certain things. After a phone call and a switch up of things, they treated us better. Chris was very understanding and accommodating! Bob was kind and so were the crew when we went to pick up our new travel trailer! Jeff got stuff done quickly!! I will say to find the right salesperson for you and it should go smoothly! We did have a flat tire about 5 miles from leaving the parking lot after buying our travel trailer. It was frustrating and they do NOT fix tires! (Rember that!!) We sat on the side of the interstate for over 3 hours trying to find a place who had the right size of tire that late in the day! We are being reimbursed for that one tire. However the camper needs ALL new tires, including the spare, which had a hole in it!! We did find a soft spot in the floor after we got it home, which wasn't shown to us at the rv lot 😔. You will definitely need to clean any used campers you buy when you get them, they do not clean thoroughly. However they took our other travel trailer to do a complete trade in! The financial part is awesome! We felt pretty rushed and after my husband stated his opinion of feeling misled by the first salesman, we felt they just wanted to hurry and get us out of there!! We are pretty satisfied with the camper we bought but the customer service (salesperson part and the overall maintenance) wasnt 100%. Just look thoroughly when checking out these campers!!

Just picked up my KZ Durango D333RLT from Campers Inn RV Jacksonville after purchasing at the Jacksonville RV show. Jeff Crane was our business manager for the purchase and made the process easy and problem free. Jeff hand delivered the manual package and camper documentation to our home after it had inadvertently been left behind when the camper was moved for our pickup. I've never had this level of customer care from any business! Outstanding and exceptional customer service from Jeff!

Campers Inn North agreed to do some bodywork repairs to my motorhome. We reached a price and arranged to leave the unit there. The job was completed but only after rejecting the “completed” work several times. The quality and supervision of the body shop was lacking and seems like I had to point out the defects before they took any action to repair properly. Finally headed up to pick it up, hopefully the final time. The unit arrived with all the house batteries dead and had been jumped by a commercial truck charger. Some how 3 fuses were blown in the generator, radio and Auxilary disconnect switch were blown. The GM advised None of this was “his fault”.

Oh my goodness talk about exceptional customer service! Bob was our sales person and he was wonderful. He went over the entire rv with us and found that the rig needed new tires. He had them replaced at no charge to us. Jeff in finance is creative. We were going to register it in Nevada at first and change our minds after he printed the forms, he had to do the whole thing over again for FL. I think we even kept him past closing time and no complaints from anyone. Jim and Curtis in the repair shop were exceptional. We asked a lot of questions and they happily answered all of them. Curtis replaced the starter battery for us too. The woman in the parts store is wonderful. I don’t remember her name but she is so friendly and helpful. Overall a 5 Star experience all the way. We highly recommend this place for folks in the market for a used or new RV! Update 3/2: these guys came thru again. The steering was really sloppy and the mechanic found bad leaf bushings. He replaced them at no charge and they aligned it too. I can’t give these guys in service enough accolades. They truly care about the customer and vehicle safety. Highly recommended! Update 4/18: we needed a new cooling unit in the fridge just a couple months after purchasing the rv. It set us back $4500! Lowered review by 1 star. We knew something wasn’t right all this time because it could never freeze ice cream, a gallon of ice cream was always like soft serve. We took it to camping world in Myrtle beach and they fixed it for us.
