It was one of the greatest experiences. I ever had at a hotel from the little lady that made us breakfasts which was absolutely awesome to the night. Clerk, to the day clerk. Everybody was amazing. I would be happy to stay there again. Anytime they went above and beyond, and I rarely give out 5 stars, but you guys, if it was possible, you would get six

1. I reserved a room next to a friends room prior to my arrival. When I checked in, the hotel manager changed my room to accommodate the guest that stayed in it before me. So I was on a different floor and no longer near my friends room. 2. The air conditioning did not work in my room. I called the front desk and she checked out the thermostat and did not find anything wrong with it. Later the same day it stopped working again. 3. The batteries in the TV remote were dead. I had to replace them with my own batteries. 4. No pillows in the room for the fold away sofa. 5. Room service never came to the room to empty trash cans, replaced toilet paper, or make up beds. Only reason I am giving this review 2 stars is the room was clean when I arrived

Stayed two nights for a wedding. The room was ready before check-in and was spacious and clean minus, some weird splatter on a door that I imagined joined it with another room. Breakfast was good and well stocked. One of the elevators kept breaking. At one point, another guest asked to take the stairs, and the night worker sighed and gave him an attitude about having to unlock it. Seems like a fire hazard to lock the stairs? This wasn't the only time we witnessed her rude behavior toward other guests. The location is great with a decent diner in the parking lot. Ultimately worth the cost and would consider this hotel if we were in the neighborhood again.

On our 2 most recent stays were awful. On the first stay, the police had to be called due to a domestic disturbance. There was shouting and screaming in the hallways from 11pm all the way until 3:30 am! Things only got quieter when the police arrived. We thought we would try again, and again were greeted with screaming and shouting in the hallways for most of the night. The management of this hotel has no control of their situation and obviously the people that book here have no understanding of the way to behave in a public setting. I called to discuss this with the general manager and left 3 messages over a 3-week period. I also wrote several e-mails. None of my messages were responded to and none of my calls returned. I take it to mean that Jon Gonzales has no interest in discussing any issues with patrons. Very disappointing.

We were having breakfast. Forgot my purse on back of chair. Staff were so sweet and nice. They found my purse and returned it to the front desk. Thank you to a wonderful staff!
