Customer Reviews
Disappointed with our stay. Upon entering the room, a caulking gun was left on the sink, which was an immediate red flag for cleanliness and attention to detail. The digital key didn’t work, and when I brought these concerns to the front desk, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected better service and a more welcoming experience. Definitely not the level of hospitality I was hoping for.

From start to finish the night e stayed wasn't too bad. The check in clerk was very kind and made the process really easy. Our room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was what you would expect for hotel breakfast but it wasn't too bad! It was nice to stay out of the main busy strip but be close enough to get to everything that we wanted to do!
I initiated a group booking inquiry last week; the front desk recorded my details and indicated that the sales team would contact me. Following up today, the front desk reported that the manager declined the request due to insufficient room availability to fulfill my needs. The manager refused to come to the phone, but the front desk informed me that they have sixteen rooms available on my requested dates. This demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism and suggests a disinterest in securing our business.
The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the location. Diamond elite member and I can say this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. it all started with the inability of the front desk staff to answer questions in a timely manner or respond to concerns. We had a check in for 3 PM and were told through the app that I would receive the digital key when the room was ready. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting locally I called only to be told that the digital key does not work and will not update and the room should be ready. Once in the room, it was disgusting. From wallpaper peeling off to extremely bad paint job, rusted fixtures in the bedroom, TV stand and desk pulled out 9 inches from the wall etc. no one was at the front desk or answered messaging in the app. Second night of the stay we noticed the back door did not shut and lock. A few homeless people that were roaming around a closed business next-door were able to go in and out to use the restroom. Once it was brought up to the front desk, they went to take a look, but it was never fixed. Definitely did not feel safe. All in all, I can say that this experience along with one other experience in the chain has caused me to stop going to Hilton and moving over to Marriott I do not feel that the Hilton brand is actively monitoring these hotels to keep up with the status and expectations Diamond elite members were used to receiving.
