Cockroaches Need I say more🤢 They blamed them on the people in FEMA rooms. Old location needs complete upgrade not sure how many floors are dedicated to FEMA rooms but must be a lot the front desk people were amazing tho very friendly and kind. They refunded my room after I jumped through all the hoops I had to a week later.
great service! we stayed right after hurricane milton hit, and despite that, the hotel was clean and the service was amazing. rooms were spotless, beds were cozy, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious (make your own waffles station!). overall, an amazing stay with amazing staff. Ashely was very polite and helpful when we first checked in and engaged in amazing conversation. Thank you staff!!
This was an overnight stop before a cruise. Employees were friendly. Breakfast was decent. Sheets were rough but my reason for 3 stars is pet friendly with carpet and they use the scented deodorizing carpet powder so I had an allergy attack.
This is a credit to Wyndham. An unhesitating thumbs up. Can't go wrong with this location.Travis and Barbara and Ashley and the entire staff, including housekeeping, particularly BR (an older woman who uses two initials I can't remember) went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Way above and beyond. A cut above most hotels. SUPERB in every way. They made it easy for me and i would not have stayed except for Barb and Travis. Stay there, you'll be glad you did. Guaranteed almost.
Being a local in the area, a hotel like this is a hidden gem. Since hurricane milton, this is by far the best stop FEMA has granted us yet. It's a very convenient location, the room is comfortable and the bed is very clean and cozy. Being a germaphobe, I see flaws in hotel rooms, that others do not. This hotel is exceptionally clean, except the bathroom did have a slight urine smell in the room when we checked in. But other than that, everything else has exceeded all hopes. There is a great breakfast, free coffee even in the evening, in a very nice indoor pool and hot tub! Check-in is easy, the staff is wonderful. They are polite, and communicate well. Especially Travis, very professional and has made our whole experience better. He really went over the top to make sure we were taken care of here. I've worked in many public establishments, and if this man is not a manager yet, he certainly should be. Thank you La Quinta đź’›
