Very clean and quiet. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend/return. The overnight clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly, always a plus. Only complaint is I wish they had better mattress covers.

Quite, affordable stay close to the highway. I pulled in late and left early, but did make a breakfast sandwich and had some OJ at the free breakfast bar. Check-in was quick and easy, booked through booking.com

Walked into our room and were immediately hit with the worst musty mold smell I’ve ever encountered. We left and booked a different hotel. Out the money but no way could we have stayed in that smell for 2 nights. Absolutely repulsive.

I will keep this review brief, but I cannot recommend this hotel due to the very poor customer service I received. A family member had a significant medical emergency and my business travel plans changed as a result. My reservation was for October 11th, and I called this hotel on October 8th to cancel the reservation for a refund. I spoke with Rebecca, the front desk attendant who told me should pass along my contact information to the manager Starla, who would be able to assist. That information was never relayed to Starla, and when I called to today to get an update, Starla told me she would not be able to give me a refund because I did not contact her in time. She states the call log was updated on October 11th regarding the medical emergency, even though I contacted the property on the 8th. I have traveled extensively over my career, and I have never been treated so unprofessionally. Quality Inn is definitely not the caliber of hotel that it holds itself out to be. UPDATE ON OCTOBER 15TH - I was foolishly optimistic that the response from the owner would be empathetic and understanding; however, his response below demonstrates a lack of customer service. Rather than take responsibility for their internal communications breakdown, they focus on who said what and when they said it. I am going to set the record straight. I called the hotel at 3:58 pm CDT, and I spoke with Rebecca for 3 minutes. During those 3 minutes, Rebecca told me she would relay the message to Starla. I also contacted Hotels.com to request their assistance on the same day, and the hotel owner/management has yet to respond to their inquiries. Instead of calling me back as promised, they classified me as a "no-show" on October 11th so I would have no recourse to receive a refund for a two-night stay. This behavior by the manager/owner during personal extenuating circumstances shows a lack of respect and empathy. The hotel staff's and owner's actions were a deliberate attempt to profit from my emergency during what I assume is the off-peak season for this location. This is different from the type of business I would want to entrust the safety of my family if they cannot handle a very basic customer service issue. The attached pictures establish the timeline I describe above.
