The rooms were reasonably clean, though a bit dated. The location was fantastic, and I think the price is fair. Initially, the staff was attentive, but unfortunately, this didn’t continue throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent, but I wish they offered more hot options, even if it was just instant eggs. The pool was average, and I suspect there might have been algae growing on the light.

I had to make a last minute reservation here because my car broke down. despite feeling shaken by my car situation, Lydia at the front desk made me feel so much better. her hospitality went above and beyond and I would definitely return because of how great the service is here.

No hot water from check-in to check out. They knew of the issues and did not advise any guests staying that evening. Too late to find other lodging. No other hotel in the area. Was only offered 10% off at check out. When asked for General Manager info, a fictitious email was given. Unacceptable. All positive reviews for this hotel are by fictitious people made up by the "Patel" Cartels. Staff are trained to read from a script at the front desk. No hospitality customer service.

The hotel is clean. The furniture is old. The staff is okay. Not a lot of contact with them. I didn't have room service. Management, on the other hand, is another story. Make sure you pay attention to your card or cards. My Granddaughter held the room on her card. When I got there, I told them to charge the room to my card. I paid with my card. However, they also charged my Granddaughter a night on her card. I called and advised them of the situation and Mr. Patel, the manager, asked me, "Why would I hold it on her card?" I had a few words to his question. It doesn't matter, My question to him was, "Why would you take money from the card before my stay?" " you should have taken it after I checked in." If I hadn't called, my Granddaughter may not have gotten her money back because Mr. Patel, at first, said he didn't see her card on file. He is not a good representative of the hotel. Instead of keeping the situation calm and composed, his answers and responses hyped me up! The Patel's will never have to worry about my stay there again. Waiting on a refund!

This place needs far better staff. No one is willing to help with any problem you may have. They charged us for things we didn't even use, like the safe. I wanted a higher wattage bulb (the one in there was 15 watts. Not bright enough to read). The desk clerk said I couldn't change it. The closet door was off the track and could fall down. Nobody would fix it. Avoid at all costs.
