SpringHill Suites Bradenton Downtown/Riverfront

We paid just over $1300 for 2 nights. Get there the room is freezing. Turn the a/c up it doesn't turn off. Turn it off and it blows colder. Our room was freezing up until the morning of checkout. Took 2 cold showers cause the water wouldn't get hot even at full blast. The first night our door lock got stuck in the out position. Luckily the man at the front desk told me a quick fix. The first night our TV worked perfectly fine but the next day and night we couldn't even get it to turn on. Tried everything to fix it and nothing. Called the man at the front desk, he came up to try and fix it but couldn't. So lock issues, a/c issues, no hot water, and then no TV. Upon leaving half the ice machines didn't work either. 2 weeks ago we stayed at a comfort inn in North Carolina, didn't have to pay nearly half of that and didn't have a single issue with anything. Definitely disappointed and wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again. Especially not for $500 a night. For that kind of money I shouldn't of had any issues

Location is great. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with 2 hit entrees. My only recommendation for the room would be to put pocket doors where the toilet is so more than 1 person can use the bath area

Stayed there twice during the summer and both times had a great experience. the location is lovely, especially if you get a room with a view. The rooms were clean both times I went. The parking is slightly inconvenient, but not a problem. You have to park in a garage halfway down the street. It was fine, but I generally prefer hotels with their own lots. But it’s a small price to pay for the wonderful view, and the fact that the best pizza restaurant, Oak and Stone is literally on the roof of the hotel! It doesn’t get better than that.

This place is an absolute gem. If you are in the Bradenton area. This place is highly recommended. You get an amazing view of the water while eating at the restaurant. The pool appeared to be really clean, I didn't go in but it looked nice. The elevator was a little hot on the way up and was shaking however on the way down it had nice A/C and wasn't shaking anymore, so It got fixed really quickly which was nice. The food is good and it's not over priced, being by the water. I recommend the white pizza.

General Manager Lindsay and Front Desk Manager Nate, along with the entire team, were absolutely top-notch. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care helped us through one of the hardest moments of our lives. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for making us feel like we had a home when we lost ours. Also check out the rooftop Bar that’s attached you will not be disappointed!
