I booked a room on 11/01/24 for the weekend of 11/15/24. Due to my daughter's unexpected death, I tried to cancel/reschedule on 11/03/24 (two days later). I was charged the full amount. I've spoken to four receptionists and asked for a manager's call, but no one has contacted me. I've stayed here for seven years and made great memories with my daughter here. She was also a returning guest. I'm heartbroken to leave this review. The staff and management have been insensitive and I hope they remember this complaint.

Do NOT stay here, especially families. The bathroom was infested with ants. There was a strong mildew odor from water damage. The staff at checkout smirked and dismissed me. The free breakfast was a sad box of donuts and apples. The price was outrageous for the room and service.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Ralph's supermarket is next door, and a great coffee shop and taco stand are across the road. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. I enjoyed my stay.

Terrible place with poorly maintained rooms and facilities. It was cold at night, and they had no heater, and the A/C wasn't working. Breakfast is awful. There's no hot tub, only a non-functional pool in winter. They'll charge you a late fee even a minute past checkout. Stay away and book elsewhere.

Don't book here. I reserved a two-night stay a month in advance and woke up to an email saying they canceled my reservation. They said they were full and couldn't rebook me.
