Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-Apopka

Was there to close on a home. I am a member as well. This stay was very good, I stayed in mid December. The breakfast was very good, some is packaged, but the hot meal was excellent. This time the room was straightened and trash removed each day and coffee was replaced in the room. The cleaning was good and so was the front desk.. ( I had to check out at 2am , and that was convenient ).The staff is courteous and helpful. Thank you again for the stay , hope to see you in the future .

Review of Hampton Inn Apopka: Location: The Hampton Inn Apopka proved to be conveniently located for us, as we were guests at a wedding hosted at the Hilton Garden Hotel Apopka, which unfortunately had no vacancies. Rooms: Upon entering our room, the first impression was one of disappointment. The price seemed unjustifiably high for what we experienced. The rooms were stuck in a time warp, with outdated furnishings that lacked any modern charm. The air was thick with the scent of Clorox, masking any semblance of a welcoming atmosphere. The flooring, resembling wood but only in the bedroom, was slick underfoot, likely treated with some kind of wax that not only made walking hazardous but also left a pungent, lingering odor. Ambience was completely absent. The bedside lighting cast a stark, cold white glow, devoid of warmth or comfort. The beds and linens, while clean, were nothing special—just adequate, missing the plushness one might expect for the price. Overall, the experience was far from what one would hope for in a place meant to be a home away from home. Bathroom: The bathroom was also quite dated but managed to be functional. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, which was a nice touch. Although I didn't use the shampoo and conditioner since I had my own, I appreciated the inclusion of lotion, adding a small comfort to an otherwise lackluster stay. Reception: The staff at the reception were friendly enough, yet there was a disconnect between their words and actions. We brought the issue of the slippery flooring to their attention, hoping for some action, but were met with assurances that they would "look into it." Unfortunately, no changes were observed during our stay.

We had a large suite , very comfortable bed. Staff was excellent. Not a fan of the breakfast. I got the sense that someone did not care either the lady that ran the breakfast service or management. Unfortunately, this “make it as cheap as possible “ is the norm at most “boxed “ hotels. Such a shame! It’s so bad I would prefer if it was not offered at all and just provide the coffee, which found consistently great!

This hotel is expensive for what it is. When you get inside it is unimpressive. The rooms don’t look as nice and inviting as the pictures online because they switched the lighting to energy saving cold white bulbs and some of the decor doesn’t even look right as if it were put in after the rooms were designed with little concern for how they would look.The gym is an afterthought with little equipment. The pool is unheated and the day I tried it freezing.. the breakfasts and the staff were ok, and the laundry, but no laundry room service. Honestly for the money I think you can get better than this and it doesn’t present good value. Disappointing for something that has the Hilton name

This is a very comfortable hotel with amazing, helpful staff. Ali is a great manager and makes sure his guests are taken care of. The hotel also has a nice pool, workout room, and breakfast buffet.
