Hilton Garden Inn Apopka City Center

I stay in Hilton Hotels but this location by far was the best yet. The front desk was overly helpful. The room location (I requested) and was able to be accommodated with was perfect. We were attending a wedding and the shuttle service was very accessible when needed the drivers wonderful. Slept like a rock and woke up without any back pain.( Love to know what mattress brand they buy from). The morning breakfast, although not free, was probably better because this buffet was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful one night stay.

I stayed here with my service dog, Tommy while attending a convention in Orlando. I hate coming to Orlando, but this location is far enough away from the madness but still close for easy access to most Orlando attractions. The hotel is in a quiet area, no traffic noise, with restaurants close by. Latricia was extremely friendly, checking me in very quickly and the next day extended my reservation, keeping me in the same room, which was very much appreciated. On the original check out date, Adreane quickly did all the keystrokes to get me checked back in and a new key for my original room extension. They were both extremely nice and very accommodating. This will be my Orlando satellite hotel from now on.

I stayed here at the hotel during hurricane Milton. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable unfortunately, the guest next to me we’re having a party and the music was extremely loud in the middle of the night. I called down to the front desk and the lady reassured me that the noise would be taken care of and about 10 minutes later, it was peaceful and quiet the staff was absolutely accommodating and very kind when we came back from lunch our room was spotless. Kudos to the cleaning lady. She did very nice job. The breakfast was OK it wasn’t free. It only is free for a certain rooms. The regular price for breakfast per person is $15. It’s buffet style, so not so bad

We stayed here for a wedding and the hotel was super nice and amenities were clean and good quality. Bar staff was awesome. One issue we did have was when attempting to call the front desk at 11:45am 12/15/24, the operator (front desk staff member) picked up and hung up the phone on us twice before they finally bothered to speak to us. When my partner went into the hotel to talk to the front desk, he saw the woman at the front desk pick up and hang up the phone on people multiple more times while he was standing there. That feels inconsiderate to people who are just looking to have an issue addressed and needing to call back multiple times before getting to actually speak to someone.

Rooms were great, clean and nicely decorated. Showers were nice, great hot water temps. Prices at the hotel "restaurant" are a little high for what you get. You might be better off going to an actual testament restaurant versus the hotel "restaurant" itself as you probably get more food and drinks for less money and faster service than at the hotel "restaurant.". The staff throughout both of the restaurant and hotel were professional and were very polite and welcoming. Staff members worked hard maintaining the appearance and care of the hotel to an exceptionally high level. Overall great experience and I'll definitely be staying at this hotel in the future again. Only real complaint is that I would have loved to have gotten the recipe from the restaurant staff for the tacos they had as my girlfriend thoroughly love them and I would love to make them for her when we're not able to stay at the hotel and eat at the restaurant. I had emailed the food manager at the hotel & restaurant about that but never heard back after I emailed them.
