The hotel common areas and rooms were very clean and smelled nice. All of the employees we came across were super friendly and engaging. No one walked by us without a greeting and that made us feel welcomed. Josh and Autumn at the front desk were by far THE BEST ambassadors for this hotel. They were helpful with tips and suggestions from meals to laundering for our soccer team. They were always willing to help and were accommodating as well. We especially want to Thank them and their yummy freshly baked cookies 😉.
What a wonderful place this is to stay in Sarasota. We spent 6 nights there over the past 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. Our room was just what we wanted - spacious, clean and well- appointed including microwave and refrigerator. Daily housekeeping service although according to the sign in the room it's only every other day. The staff are so friendly and helpful - Drew especially. Great breakfast, fresh fruit all day, some days popcorn, cookies, wine. And outstanding location near the airport, The Ringling Estate, and within a short distance to downtown Sarasota and all its offerings. We'll definitely come back when our travels take us to Sarasota.
I have been visiting my elderly mother in Bradenton the past four years and always stay at this hotel even though it is not the closet most inexpensive choice near her assisted living facility. The rooms here are always clean, well maintained and the complimentary full breakfast each morning is great with selections changing daily. Drew at the front desk is amazing and helped me out time and time again with last minutes changes to reservations and room choice. He is a gem. I’m a retired hotel general manager and highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area!!
Nice hotel and within walking distance to the Ringling attraction- which is VERY MUCH worth a visit. The airport noise was unheard and the reception team was indeed helpful. In specific, we would like to mention Drew who was very caring and helpful. Gladly assisted us and provided us useful guidance. We would love to come again
I have stayed here before and booked the same executive room as before. Sometimes it’s made for handicap accessible which I didn’t realize so the room didn’t quite fit the vibe for my anniversary. I saw my reservation and now know what that means. 1. Noise: From hearing everything happening next door to water pipes that sound like a jet is in your room. It was unbearable so after losing a night sleep we moved to a new room. 2. Room change: We got moved to a room with two beds which was romantic and half the size with a tiny tub bathroom. 3. Customer service: The room change was a nice accommodation but the result not so much. After I requested a refund I was told I was given an upgrade and since I didn’t book with Hilton directly they can’t do anything. After more complaints they said they would give me Hilton Honors points. Non were provided and they ignore you if you reach out. I contacted Expedia and they got no one as well. Hilton honors CS can’t read emails and copies and pastes script replies or it’s bad AI. Won’t be back. If you’re not a heavy heavy sleeper, go elsewhere. It’s old and noisy.
