I debated on making this review since clearly there are 1000 other reviews and I tell anyone who comes next please read them . I didn't till after I had paid . And I wanted to get my money back but it would have been a process in itself . We came down to have a mini vacation and for the amount of money they charge it should be invested in an official maid service and maybe just tear the whole thing down and start over black mold everywhere . And the floor had literally probably never been mopped. I went from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were as black as a fresh coffee in the morning . It's really just not safe health wise or maybe even physically . and I can't understand how someone can walk into these rooms and be like oh this is clean . I'm always honest with my reviews but someone needs there love for this business to click back in . It was deft a live and learn experience and I learned to never book a hotel without fully reading the reviews . Good and bad. Oh and also NO POOL it was filled with sand /dirt

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever step foot in let alone had to spend an evening in. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz-Carlton, but I was not expecting a roach infested room under construction with blood stains all over the bathtub that had not been rinsed out. We were unable to use any of the amenities as everything was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were dirty. The blankets had burn holes in it, the room reeked of cigarettes, prostitutes, and drug dealers everywhere did I mention there were roaches, crawling up the walls in the middle of the night we put a large blanket down over the comforter that we later burned everything that we brought up with Us had to be strapped to the roof as we didn’t want German cockroaches to invade our life. The man inside was nice, but seemed Like he was one step from having a nervous breakdown and I didn’t see a cleaning crew not one time. I don’t know who to write, but this location needs to be closed down. This isn’t inhabitable. I wouldn’t even leave my pet inside one of those rooms for extended periods of time as that would be inhumane. I guess I should’ve read the thousands of negative views before I booked this hotel, but it was late and we just needed somewhere to lay our head that was safe and clean and we got the complete opposite. I’m definitely calling the health department as this place is absolutely against code. Oh yeah, and there were plastic bags around the smoke detectors which I’m pretty sure are illegal.

Pictures on web site very discouraging. Took three room changes to get what was requested online with reservations. Cleaning of room is unprofessional. No end table between the beds. Dresser has a chain with padlock on drawers. Black mold in bathroom. No microwave available.

Why is this place is still in business?! So filthy the second I walked in. They have not clean in months. Floor and walls are stained and dirty. I pulled the bed sheet to check the mattress, it was full of food debris and mice droppings. The sheets and pillowcase have stains. I don't think they even change the sheets. How could they not see how filthy the mattress is when they put the sheets on?! Bothe beds were nasty. Room smells like smoke even though it is a Non-smoking room. The door appears as if it has been broken in. The door kept popping up when the breeze hit or someone walks by. I felt unsafe that I had to use my cell phone cord to create another lock to secure the door. Could not sleep, laid on my jacket and shirt. The thought of what I am laying on and next to disgusting. I was stuck, had no car and it was too late to leave. I got there late as is. I hope the health department gets involved. It is also over priced for a crappy dump. Should be $30a night, not $138.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. They don’t even have a lobby. Had to stand outside at the service window last night in the cold to check in. Same with check out this morning. Toilet handle broken, no coffee pot, one set of towels for 3 people. Room smelled of mildew. Room service was unavailable. Could not even get an extra blanket or pillow. Never again. Did not eben have a lamp in the room or phone. Had to go down stairs from the third floor to ask about a blanket and pillow to be told no.
