My husband has been working in this area and staying at this hotel for the last couple of months and it's been a wonderful stay so far for him, and for me as well when I am with him for a week here and there. The staff is fantastic! Super friendly front desk people, always smells clean or like food! Free breakfast in the mornings and Monday thru Wednesday they have a social in the lounge area with hot food and free wine beer and sodas. The patio area has a fire pit BBQs and there is a gym and a pool. All clean and inviting! If your staying for business this place has been quiet! I can't complain about anything other than I wish breakfast would start at 6am because so many people here work including us and usually miss that.
I am absolutely furious about the horrible experience we had with your hotel. We made a reservation for a two-bedroom suite for our party two months in advance, and yet we were treated with utter disregard. We are travel all the time and have never encountered such incompetence at any hotel before. Two days before our arrival, we called to confirm details, and everything seemed fine. But when we arrived in Tampa at 11 AM, ready to start our stay, I looked at my phone and discovered there was no reservation! After checking my email, I found a confirmation sent just two days earlier. When I called the hotel, I was told that my room had been given away to another family because my credit card was allegedly declined. However, my credit company has no record of any transaction being attempted, let alone declined. To make matters worse, I was told they tried to call me just after 10 AM. I was on a flight at that time—there was no way I could have answered! Check-in wasn’t even until 4 PM! There was no cancellation confirmation, no voicemail, no missed calls, no text messages—absolutely nothing. Then, I was offered a one-king studio for four people, and I was told it was my fault for not picking up the phone. All because someone else wanted the two bedroom suite we originally had reserved. We were left stranded on the airport floor for two hours with a special needs child—all for who knows what reason, trying to find a hotel to accommodate us. Even corporate can’t comprehend why this happened before our check-in time, or why there’s no formal record of any attempt to reach us or any cancellation notice. This is beyond unacceptable. Your staff showed zero concern for our situation and simply dismissed us with a "too bad, so sad" attitude. Corporate has reached out to the hotel, but it’s been over 48 hours and there’s still no response. This experience was horrible, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
A comfortable stay with basic amenities and a convenient location. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, though the décor could use some updating. Unfortunately I had a AC ISSUE. Staff are friendly and helpful, but service can be inconsistent during busy periods. Breakfast is decent, with a limited selection. It’s a good option for travelers seeking affordability without high-end features, but those looking for luxury might want to consider other options.” BUT D The general manger she absolutely took care of me!! We were very pleased with our stay here. Waze GPS brought us right to the hotel. It was not too far from the exit. We booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was furnished with everything that we needed for our stay. There were a few cosmetic blemishes throughout the room, but everything worked as it should. Breakfast was hectic and crowded both mornings we attended at 7:30am (weekend). There was very limited seating and the hot food was gone very quickly. Staff was frantically moving around and yelling. There was a good variety of food when it was replenished. There’s also not many restaurants close by. We would stay here again in the future.
We travel for both business and pleasure very often; and as a Hilton VIP customer I’m pleased to say we had the best 4 nights and days while staying at this hotel. I witnessed at first sight the amount of cleaning, team work and work it takes to keep us the client happy. Your front desk IT’s amazing! Delisha, Tenaj are the best front desk we have ever had come in contact with. The hotel smells wonderful, it’s spotless, the room we stayed was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the space was perfect, parking is amazing and large enough to be comfortable if you have a large truck as we do. They welcome your dog like nowhere we have ever been! Cookies at front door? Seriously? Who thought of these stuff lol Our dog was loved, welcomed and spoiled. And There is plenty of outdoor space away from the front door and parking lot for your animal to run and play. Your happy hour/social time it’s wonderful and Mrs. Holly made sure we were well taken care of. The hotter ticket, was your amazing breakfast! The best! Mrs. Dolores keeps that breakfast area spotless, filled, and prepares everything with love! It’s like coming home to grandmas’s house to eat in am. Great job Mrs. Dolores. Everyone was wonderful, everyone said hello and had a smile! From housekeeping to front desk to pool cleaning services. Management: I do have a suggestion, make the space to your side of the hotel a dog park that will be perfect for animals staying long term to be able to be off leash and run around. Thank you for everything y’all do! Keep up the good work! We will be staying here from now on!
