Camping World RV Sales

Had a great experience, Tyler was our salesman who did a fantastic job from start to finish. We walked in looking for someone who turned out to be an AI app for CW. Tyler was sitting at the front desk. He was very pleasant to speak with, and we told him what we were looking for. He showed us that model and suggested an upgraded model, and we purchased it. All within an hour or so. No high-pressure sales from Tyler the day of pickup. The Financing guy Richard was just as easy to deal with. There are two Richard's working there in Financing. Hopefully, you get the one we dealt with. The other one was rude on a phone interaction with me.

I had a fantastic time working with Allie my sales rep! I have been looking at trailers for a while and once I narrowed my search down I came to her. She helped me even more than I could imagine. When I gave her the fine details of what I was looking for she point to the right direction. After a little hunt for the right one we nailed it on the head. I think all Deserves a 100 star review. Once again thank you Allie you are absolutely the best!! Sadly camping world lost the star with their finicky financial department. With that said definitely have a financial plan before going in.

They don't deserve a star. Do yourself a favor, and buy your next RV elsewhere! We purchased a used RV, in which we were told it had gone through an ispection. The inspection was to include, making certain all components were in good working order, and a new battery. This was false information. The battery was two years old, the oven didn't work, (Needs a new manifold), the water tank was rancid, the waste drain cap was broken, and the valve handle was missing. We contacted our sales person, and he didn't follow up. Instead gave the message to the service manager, which didn't respond to our messages. We requested a reimbursement on the dealer inspection charges, and they didn't respond. There was never a follow up, even after leaving a negative response to their after the sale review. We live in a different state, so dealing with them is a waste of time. Do not trust this dealership!!!!!!!

So I bought a 40 ft 5th wheel, 2021 used, back in July of 2024. But just like a used car. I genuinely feel like everything should be at least up to date and working properly. The camper isn’t even that old and the I’ve had issues with the kitchen sink fixture not fitting correctly and wobbles because the actual sink doesn’t actually fit hole in the island. The toilet won’t hold water no matter how many times we tighten it. Had a service man come out and fix it but he didn’t actually see the problem so I felt that was pointless. At the time I thought it worked but after awhile it started to leak again. Me and my significant other aren’t even overweight so it’s not like that’s a problem. Even as I write this, he is in the bathroom with the toilet unhooked from the floor. I just feel like everything could’ve been inspected first before sending it off with me.

The new location for camping world located in kodak is fantastic. State of the art building with an extremely knowledgable staff. Everyone was friendly, staff was prompt and in good spirits. Overall great experience and I will be back! They absolutely set themselves apart from other locations when it comes to customer satisfaction. Need a camper? Go see them at kodak!
