Days Inn by Wyndham Nashville Airport

Overall I give a 4 star rating because service was very well and the location is within reasonable distance from several of your favorite fast food stops as well as close proximity to several locations of convenience such as Walmart. The customer service was overall great and the employees were very much friendly. Great place compared to the surrounding areas for those on a lower budget. The rooms were well managed and up to par for a low budget hotel ( beds aren't the softest but they did the job just fine). This hotel is very much kid friendly and they do not judge when you have children or make any complaints regarding noise and such. Breakfast was like any other hotel nothing to shavy but it gets the job done. Overall my experience here was one that I will most definitely remember. I recommend this hotel to anyone who has children or just wants a place of quiet and peace. It's in a good location if you want something a little hidden ( well not hidden but in the cut). I definitely wouldn't mind staying here again and in the near future I just may.

By far this was the absolute WORST hotel experience I’ve had. The two girls at the counter was rude as hell. One was going to get slapped cause of the way she was talking to me. The room was the absolute WORST ever. It wasn’t clean at all. It’s mold in the bathroom. The refrigerator at some kinda residue in it. The tub was absolutely filthy. The bed had bed bugs in it and when I tried to bring it to the lady at the counter she basically said I was lying. She came to the room and literally saw them and still didn’t believe it. Told me no one else complained about it. I call BS from looking at the reviews. Then told me she would switch my room but I was over it when I saw bed bugs. I wanted my money back. I asked to speak to her manager she told me he was out of town. But I wasn’t buying that. I demanded to talk to someone over her or it was going to be a problem. Well needless to say she got him on the phone. The floors were nasty. It was crumbs still on them. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER IN THIS LIFETIME EVER VISIT DAYS INN AGAIN. Update: so management got back to me and I informed them that there were bugs in my luggage and I had to throw everything away. They didn’t offer a full refund. I will be seeking legal counsel now.

This place is a house of horrors. Price is great but thats about it. You get what you pay for I guess. It was very dirty and the place smelled like weed smoke. No hot water, the towels were old and dirty. Hole in the ceiling above the shower in Room 225. Informed front desk the the toilet didn’t work and was told to come to the front desk and get a plunger. Stay somewhere else.

My cousin and her husband are there right now. They recently lost a child 3 weeks old and wanted to get away. From Wisconsin. She said the room was filthy, the front desk personnel are rude and refuse to give them a different room. I checked and there are rooms available. The smell of weed in their room is strong. This is terrible and unacceptable. If you want to do something for them, get them another room that's clean and on another floor. VanGroll is the last name.

When we first checked in we had to spray down our room with disinfectant because whoever cleaned it before didn’t properly clean it. There was hair still in the sink, the bathtub was still dirty from the previous guest and the refrigerator was still dirty. We also found bedbugs and when we told management they were doing everything to avoid giving us a refund and saying they’ll move us room and their defense was nobody else was complaining about it. Just because nobody else complained about it doesn’t mean it’s not happening. The lady also looked irritated giving us a refund as if we were in the wrong for asking. Overall a horrible situation and experience
