For 8 years, we've stayed here during hunting season and always had a great experience. This year, Jennifer made it extra special! She was welcoming, greeted us immediately, got us set up, and even helped us with our luggage. She offered to bring anything we needed to our room and helped with the little things. She was always cheerful and helpful. We'll definitely be back! The whole place is clean and organized, the breakfast is great and on time, and our room was nice, organized, and clean when we arrived.

This was our 3rd stay. It's close to campus, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is always good and filling. Room 129 (3 queen beds) has a bit of an odd layout and a motel-style entrance directly to the parking lot, which can be convenient with lots of luggage or gear. We'll be back.

We decided to visit Gunnison last minute. Ahkil at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and helped me right away. The second day, Dana helped me make makeshift ponchos out of trash bags so we could watch the football game in the rain. We booked a "king superior" room. It was small but very clean, with a comfortable bed, a big clean bathroom, and nice backlit mirrors. (See picture for size - the bedding was neat when we arrived). There's also a TV, desk & chair, nightstand, and lounge chair. Parking is convenient, and they let us leave our boat. We felt safe and had no noisy neighbors. McDonald's, Arby's, Chinese, pizza, gas stations, etc., are within walking distance. Thanks to Ahkil and Dana for a wonderful stay!

Great place! Clean room, helpful and friendly staff (thanks Jennifer!). Would be 5 stars if the pull-out couch in room 202 was replaced – it was miserable to sleep on.
