Super 8 by Wyndham Buena Vista

I stayed one night. The room and linens were clean, as was the carpet. The room had a working microwave and refrigerator. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was what you'd expect. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value. I'd stay here again.

They are pet-friendly, but they will call animal control if your pet is left unattended. The rooms are dingy and outdated, with red splatter spots on the curtains. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Good location, close to everything. The staff was friendly.

My last stay was disappointing. The hot tub was smelly and cloudy. The room was mostly clean, but I found someone else's toenail on the floor. I left my swimsuit in the bathroom, called, and they denied having it, which I don't believe. After paying too much for two nights, not being able to use the hot tub, and them keeping my swimsuit, I won't be back.

Bad service. The rooms were dirty, especially the sheets and curtains. The bed in room 218 was falling apart. The night receptionist was unfriendly and rude. The yogurt at breakfast was expired. One of my kids couldn't sleep on their bed because the sheets were so dirty. I was very disappointed and don't recommend this place.

The first thing they said was, "You can't check in until 3 pm!" We reminded them we paid $20 for early check-in. My coworker had to ask for her vape back while the front desk person was making a salad. Our $200 room smelled musty, so we opened the windows. One lamp didn't work, and the shower towel had a dirty mark. When I called about it, he told me to bring it down, and there was no apology. Later, a man knocked on our door and told us to "shhh" because "everyone could hear everything." He touched my shoulder, which was uncomfortable. We barricaded the door that night. Avoid this place if you can.
