This has been an excellent time. Beautiful cabins. Located near various types of entertainment. Dollywood, many downtown rides, Ripley's Aquarium, and so much more. I highly recommend this resort.

We stayed in the Elegant Moose. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. My family was able to make themselves right at home. The development however should be ashamed of themselves. The dumpster has trash all around it. We watched multiple outsiders pull into the development and put trash outside the dumpster. If you have a problem with the locals using your dumpster maybe you need to move it somewhere they can't get to or not in plan sight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great view and location. Hot tub was not operational and the bunk bed was incredibly loose. Otherwise it was great...feel like you're fall out but actually 5 minutes from everything.

Second time at this resort but chose a different cabin this go round. Had I known construction was occurring we would have booked elsewhere. Heard nothing but construction sounds all day on the patio, and was blocked from our ONLY entrance/exit by cement trucks multiple times. It's frustrating to have spent this kind of money and to not be able to even access your unit when you need to. Unit also had refrigerator issues which took three days to get resolved because they needed "owner approval" to call a repairman. Lots of other small issues (couple TVs not working, basement AC unit wouldn't kick on, too few towels for a cabin that supposedly houses up to 16, etc). After this trip, we will likely not return to the Pigeon Forge area as it was a disappointment. Covered Bridge was a great place years ago, but sadly it seems to have lost its charm.

Stayed at Dreams Come True #555 cabin. Very nice experience. Had some hot water issues the first couple of days but smooth sailing there after. 5BR/4BA. Perfect location. Close to the Parkway/Red light #3. I would stay again. Rented thru Aunt Bugs. To make this a 5 star place ( and it won't take much): -have hot tub cover, porches cleaned thoroughly after each family stay (remove at least visible cobwebs) -provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom ( it's minute cost from you to satisfy customers) -Get your hot tub light fixed and this will prevent you from making tons of excuses. (It's BEEN an issue according to past reviews) -upgrade your towels -$275 for cleaning crew is enough to not have to mandate customers "clean all dishes and put up or get a $35 charge. Just suggestions from a customer who had a great time and stay!
