My wife and I stayed at this Holiday Inn December 4-5 2024. On our first night a tree fell on my car. I was assured that the corporate insurance would cover the damage by the assistant manager and was given a claim number. I contacted the insurance company and spoke to the claims representative. I was told the I would be mailed documents to begin the repair process and I should sign, notarize and return to the insurance company. I’ve not received anything. I was given specific instructions as to how to proceed with the claim and that a claim adjuster would have to inspect the car before the repair could proceed. I was told I would be responsible for the repair costs but I should return the paperwork for repairs for reimbursement. This included rental car expenses. I gave the claim number to my auto dealer’s body shop and they to reach out to the claims representative on several occasions but received no response. I also left several messages for the claim representative and as of December 26, I’ve not received any response. I indicated that, my car although drivable, was not completely safe due to the damage and that it should be repaired as soon as possible. I finally filed a claim with my insurance company and the repairs have begun. In essence, I feel that I was lied to and misled and that I would like to hear from Holiday Inn for an explanation.

Don't stay here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Rooms super dated. Ours had a musty smell like it was damp. Ac unit had dust and dirt on it. No vanity just a pedestal sink and small bs table next to toilet. Really??? Come on now. Bathroom door would not close bc it was replaced with wrong size door or hinges were bad. Wallpaper peeling dated furniture. Room was not made up at all. Had to go get towels. Then at like 130 they slipped a note under the door to contact front desk for room to be cleaned. When we checked out guy at the desk could care less of what our room was like. For over 300 dollars a night room should have been spotless. I have stayed at better places for much less. Don't waste your money here

I had high hopes when I walked in and saw the lovely lobby and seating area… then I walked into my room and those hopes were quickly dashed…I don’t think the room had been updated since the place had been built…no vanity in the bathroom?? Ironing board propped up against the wall?? Had to hang my dress for a wedding from the top off it because there was no where else to hang it where it wouldn’t be draped along the floor… all this for $827 for 2 nights after all the b.s. taxes were added in… whoever establishes these rates should seriously be reevaluating this!!

This place is not worth the money we paid. Dirty, loud, a cricket chirped all night in the bathroom we couldn’t find it. We stayed first of Oct it’s the middle of Oct and there’s still pending charge on my cc. These people are crazy for charging that much “twice” and yes I had to call my cc because once they get their money they don’t want to help you. Don’t waste your time or money.

The lobby, restaurant and bar were very attractive but the room was just acceptable; no closet, just a hanger bar in the entrance and the bathroom was very cramped. The breakfast service was quite good except the coffee was served luke warm.
