The staff was super friendly and was able to get a decent room. The pool is open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Which is the main reason I booked this hotel. Unfortunately when you turn the Jets on in the hot tub, it almost instantly turned into an overflowing bubble bath, which made me question the cleanliness of it. Hopefully they can get it under control. The room worked out well. And my only complaint with that was the toilet ran. Throughout the night I did let their team know about it. As many others have said they had a great breakfast selection. However, there was only fruit that was gluten-free. overall a decent stay.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I will acknowledge up front that I unintentionally made my reservation for the wrong day (Saturday night rather than Friday when I needed it). However this hotel provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I arrived on Friday and was checked in, given a room key, and directed to my room (with no indication whatsoever there was a problem). I put my luggage in the room and went to the event I came to town for. I received a phone call from an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional employee, Aleta, who told me I needed to return to the hotel immediately to retrieve my belongings and leave because they needed the room for “paying guests.” She clarified that to mean guests who were actually paying the hotel directly and didn’t make reservations with 3rd party sites. She argued with me on the phone and told me the mistake was my fault. She repeated many times through the call it was my fault and I was expected to return immediately. After going back and forth a few times with this unprofessional employee, I decided to “be the bigger person” and had to be the one to stop the debate and move to focus on resolution. I went back to the hotel and they had already removed my belongings from the room and had placed them in a trash bag behind the front desk. I provided them the key, and the employee plopped this trash bag full of my luggage down on the desk, again with no apology or resolution for my trouble. La Quinta is usually better but this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I was checked in and given a room key, and then thrown out. I was given no alternate accommodations and no resolution.

This was a simple overnight while on the road travel stop in for the night. The breakfast was awesome in selection. The check-in process was simple and seamless. Aaron checked us in and was prompt, precise, very knowledgeable, and pleasurable to handle our reservations, providing a first-class experience at the front desk. I find it to be important to check in a guest at any location of stay after a long day of a 13-hour tiring drive to be done quickly and accurately without any headache. Throughout my many miles, traveling around North America is often difficult to find. Well, this stay here, although short and sweet, provided a very clean room, easy accessible to their parking area, and an overall an exceptionally outstanding accommodations. The hospitality was on point and provided a delightful experience from the maids, in the early morning entering the breakfast area I was greeted with bright smiling breakfast host, to the professional and compitent front desk operations. This place was a breath of fresh air, and I wish all the places I stayed at operated on this level of competency of customer satisfaction. If you choose to book your accommodations here, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend you choose to spend the night at this location. I give it an A+ and 5☆'s across the board. Cheers! ♡◇◇◇Will Ramsey Review◇◇◇♡

Front Desk associate was kind. Amenities were all open as advertised. However, that’s where to good ends. The elevator smells like cigarette smoke and is really dirty. It also opens and closes by itself at times and does not instill confidence. The room smelled stale and dirty and looked as if all they did was vacuum, take out trash and wash sheets. They missed a Corona bottle lid on the floor under the table. There were some kind of stains on the fabric on the bed-frame closest to the window. Dirt and grime on the bathroom door, mold on the ceiling, and the floor was not mopped in entryway and restroom. We went to the pool. When we came up water was dripping on the floor so I dried it with a bathroom towel. When I turned the towel over there was more dirt and grime. Took a shower in the morning and noticed what appeared to be toilet paper stuck to the wall of the shower, and more dirt and grime caked on ceiling above me. I’ve never experienced this at any other La Quinta I have ever stayed at. Room was gross.

Spend a little more and go else where. Nasty. Drain backs up and smells . Toilet gets stuck flushing. Room 317. You’ve been warned. Pictures on their website are from a NEWER La Quinta. This place seems 30 years old. Painted over to try and look decent. Elevator is broken. The elevator door opens and closes but doesn’t go anywhere. Room has that older room smell. Pretty sure they had bed bugs.
