The hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector so smoking would not be detected. The room was fairly nice. There were some mildew spots on the ceiling. The beds were too hard for my back and the pillows were too soft. I liked the idea of shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower. The pool was nice. There was no breakfast. Only biscuits and coffee.

Customers Beware before booking a room here I visited this hotel back in on 07/20/24. It suppose to be until 07/23/24. Got into the room with my daughter. The room was ok. Looked like they were still working on renovation. So it looked pretty decent. We left the room came back my daughter was sitting on the side of the bed and started screamed I jump up to see what she was screaming about and it was a roach which ran up under the bed. We both were was so upset. I called reservation to report this. They wanted me to contact the front desk. As I was trying to resolved this but my daughter was on the phone with her fiance trying to get a room somewhere else. She didn't want to stay here any longer. So we ended up leaving at 11:00 pm that night going to another hotel which end up costing us over 900.00 when this was suppose to be for 3 nights for 261.00 We went down to check out and tell the front desk what happened. The clerk stated that she had to wait for the manger to refund my money. Wyndham reached out and wanted to put us I'm another room by email. We had already left. I tried to get my money back and 15,000 point from a previous room I visited in GA that had bed bugs which they gave for my inconvenience. They denied me my money back and points. After 2 months going back and forth I let my credit card get my money back and they wouldn't give me my 15,000 back because my daughter's fiancé's name was on the hotel bill and not mine. Needless to say this hotel chain is not it is all cracked up to be. Two times for me with bugs. I'm done. I hope this helps with making your decision to stay here.

For a non-smoking health, it smelled like nothing but marijuana and cigarettes. The staff was drinking and partying mildew in the showers and pretty much couldn’t sleep because of the smell. It’s better to sleep in your car than here.

But the slamming of the doors all night. Clean rooms. BUT NO DOOR ON THE BATHROOM. Nice rooms but smoking in the hallways. Ice machines wasn't working. Just damn noisey. Great price. But get what you pay for.

We have had the BEST experience here!!! We have had to stay here for a while during house repairs and everyone on their staff has been completely AMAZING to us!! Especially Mrs Phyllis the manager, she has been so kind and welcoming to us from Day 1....thank u to Mrs Phyllis for making our experience so pleasant here!!! They are so lucky to have u there❤️
