When we first walked into our room it looked nice nothing flashy but a good solid clean room, once we started looking at the details though we quickly found part of the carpet was torn up like a cat had clawed it and there was a hole in the bathroom wall from where the door had slammed up against it. Overall it wasn’t anything crazy but was still an overall solid hotel with a solid breakfast

Wow, I have stayed here over and over again, while also booking team members of mine for work trips at this hotel. This hotel has either decided to hire people that have no customer service training or simply don't care. One of my team members got back to her room tonight and her key was deactivated and all of her belongings were moved because they said they didn't have her reservation. So you mean to tell me the reservation you let the team member check in, no longer has a reservation. They never attempted to call, they never attempted to get in contact with anyone to move anything out of the room and touch belongings when the reservation clearly goes through Saturday. Then to top this off they front desk clerk Ajanay was so incredibly rude and dismissive, until she then blamed it on someone else or realized she was wrong and didn't know what to do. I would stay away from this place and run. We will not be staying here ever again.

This is officially my worst Hilton experience. I went to my room after a long day to find out not ready. (This was about 6:30-7 PM). I immediately went to the front desk to let them know. The one lady was confused and asked what I wanted. I showed her the pictures and told her I wanted a clean room. She told me they were fully booked. Luckily, before I could catch an attitude, another staff member Lulu came over to assist. She was able to get me into a clean room and apologized for the inconvenience. Apology accepted. She was the only saving grace that night. Though it is beyond the hotel's control, so this isn't against them, the outside reeked of urine when I was walking from my car in the lot to the front door. I can't say it was quiet, as there were several kids running through the halls. The shower was great, however. I lived the adjustable head, pressure, and available shelving. I was sad that the hook on the door was broken off, so I couldn't hang my toiletries there. The location was decent, quite the commute to DC, however, there was a (crappy) IHOP next door and a gas station across the street. There is a lot to do in the area. Overall, I'm not sure that I'd stay here again, but please, keep Lulu happy. Maybe give her a raise because she truly was the best part of my stay. She has a friendly spirit and appeared to be the only person happy to be working there.

Needs renovations. The room had an unpleasant smell. Cleaning apparently is every two days. Didn't feel extremely safe there. Location is central and the breakfast was decent.

Stayed for a conference second time. Pros: location, competitive price, free parking and breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice size room. Easy to get to. Outstanding staff. Refrigerator and microwave in the room walking with a safe. Cons or what I didn’t like to give it a 2.5 star. Room door was not closing automatically and something that could have been identified very easily. I walked in and thought door closed behind me but it was open for a few hours until I noticed it. It is a security risk. Floors were sticky due to high humidity and there was water on the carpet. Tip: bring slippers Coffee was poor quality and there were no recycling bins in the room. I reported wet carpet when I checked in with no follow up and was told it is because of the AC. Breakfast was below average with limited healthy options like apples, oranges and bananas. Coffee was watered down a lot and breakfast items were all the worst quality for heart health. No full size mirror.
