The customer service is awesome ๐๐พ... The hotel and rooms are very out dated and needs to be remodeled ๐ง. My shower was backed up which meant I could not finish my shower that was messed up. My door keys were not working I had to keep going to the front office for asst.. That was my first and last stay.. I do not recommend Quality Inn on Dixie Ave. All the yrs I've been traveling this were my first bad experience with a room. The microwave weren't working ๐ฑ the refrigerator did keep my items cold ๐๐พ! The images are not the truth ๐ ๐พ. I WILL NEVER I MEAN NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. The the drapes are VERY old. Very disappointed customer. I was moved to another rm which was filthy. I checked out before my check out date. I'LL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR UNCONDITIONAL HEALTH PROBLEM. The ice bucket had MOLD at the bottom. ONCE AGAIN THE IMAGES ARE NOT THE TRUTH. The rms are TERRIBLE not worth letting a dog live there. If you are the type of person whom don't care about cleanliness than that is the place for you to stay. I've traveled to Atlanta many times never had a problem with my stay. That hotel really needs to be shut down and remodeled. I wish I could post the images from my room very disgusting.
Run! Run! Amanda the head site manager threatened to put my child and I put ofcthis nasty hotel because I constantly reported issues. Now, the bathroom was nasty upon arrival but I always take cleaning supplies to have in case. Well, day 2 house house keeping never showed up with fresh linens or to take out trash or give us new bags or toilet tissue. The coffee maker was full of mold and muddy substances. I let Amanda know this and that we would have been poisoned. She yells out in the lobby with customers and employees for me to leave the property within 30 minutes. And she demanded a coworker to call the police. I was only in the lobby because we had no trash bags. After I told Amanda that I had photos she switched that evil tone quickly. She apologized and came up to the room to clean it for herself. She said yโall can stay and no worries. Not once did she apologize for her unprofessional behavior or actions. She lied and said I would get a refund. The day we checked out she claimed I lord to another employee about not getting linen. Well the two young girls that finally showed up to our door was after the fact. I have photos attached to prove my case. Never in history of traveling have I ever encountered such mean and cruel management. Amanda told me to never come back on their property.There will definitely be problems at this site if Amanda is still in charge. I called the corporate office only to get nowhere. God has the final say. The photo ls speak for themselves. The walk way stairs to the rooms are not available to use so you have to walk in order to loan and unload your things. The washer takes over an hour to wash one load. You have to pay for that only to sit for hours on the next customer to finish their load. This was a total disaster and no vacation. I will be gladly to never step foot on this so called establishment. Govern yourselves accordingly!
Was in town for a festival, Everything around seem to be booked due to the festival . With trying to find last minute Reservations for the weekend We booked Hoping it would be decent enough to Get a good nights rest . Staff at check-in was very friendly , During check-in the lobby seemed decent , everything seemed fine , When we pull around to the back of the motel , Right away, we could tell that we were Far from a Hilton experience . The cleaning ladies were using an old shopping cart to clean the rooms Versus a maids cart . Once we got in the room , Had a very old, dusty smell . We are accustomed to checking beds for bedbugs Anywhere we stay . Beds seemed very fresh and clean. The bathroom definitely needs to be upgraded , Our toilet did not flush , The door to the bathroom would not close Due to being so far off the hinges . We stayed the first night , Immediately, after getting in our separate beds, we started to itch . I can only figure is from Dust mites. After we showered And weโre getting ready we both noticed we were both scratching still , And had the same itches all night . Luckily, I had some Zyrtec in my bag and that helped with the itching . We did not stay the night , We did notify the office that we would not be staying the second night, but due to the lack of 24 hour Notice They would not issue a refund for the second night . Ended up sleeping in my car Just not to stay in a bug infested room for another night , unfortunately, now I have to take Monday off to make a doctors appointment and make sure that itโs only dust mites causing me to itch , not something more serious like scabies .
My son and I stayed in this motel for a baseball tournament. It was a cheap option so I didn't expect much. There are plenty of things to do in the area so we weren't in the room much. However, on the 2nd day of our stay i went to take a shower and noticed black mold behind the door.
Disgusting hotel! Needs to be shut down! They will keep your deposit over sheets being dirty when the dirt comes from their nasty floors. Roaches everywhere even in the beds! Door locks broken and I was told leave ac on so mold donโt grow ๐ณ
