Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville

I wasn't very happy with my experience. As soon as I checked in the lady at the front desk was flirting/playing around with a coworker even while checking me in which I thought was very rude, got to my room which wasn't very clean at all. Shower floor had nasty stains and stuff all over the floor, bed sheets had black specks all over them, toilet paper wasn't replaced and all messy, shampoo or soap all over the shower wall. And all night/morning it was very noisy with the guests, and then to top it all off the housekeepers tried rushing us out super early way before our check out time and knocked on the door and woke us up at 8:15am trying to rush us out I even had the "do not disturb" door hanger on the door and they still knocked on the door. When I decide to stay at a hotel I like to sleep in and not be disturbed and woken up super early, these people here have have no good customer service skills and very rude and inconsiderate. Will not be back.

Super friendly staff that's always accommodating and all smiles. They did a recent remodel, so the hotel has been recently updated. There's really only one restaurant within easy walking distance, but the staff more than make up for location challenges, plus they have a bar and reataurant on site.

We just had our first stay at this particular location. We always travel with our dog so it is not always easy to find a decent hotel on our way from Canada to Florida. We ended up at this hotel because our usual one was fully booked. We actually liked it better and will stay here from now on. It was super clean room. Had the appropriate number of towels, good bathing products and a fridge. The location is excellent because it’s just a couple minutes off of highway 75 - so close but still away from it enough that you don’t hear the traffic all night. It has plenty of restaurants around it and it felt very safe and secure. The front desk staff was very friendly and even surprised us with a gift of 2 water bottles. It was a great stay. The only thing that might take it to the next level would be to provide a mini fridge that has a small freezer in it and we could have used an extra blanket or thicker duvet. It was still great though and we will be making this our stopover destination from now on.

This was an excellent choice for us. So many places today are just so so. Nit this one - it was one to recommend to others. Everything about the facility was as advertised. Condition of property is very good, it's very well maintained and welcoming. The check in clerk was a bit abrupt for sure but he was changing shifts and clearly wanted to be done. But that was as bad as it got. Room itself was very comfortable, quiet, well maintained. Everything worked. We were very happy with our choice. It's a motel you feel good about recommending - and we do. Nice job, operators! Thank you.

Stayed here for two weeks during a business trip. The Junior Suite was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately the freezer was very loud, so was the AC. The fitness room is small, dirty and smells quite bad. Breakfast buffet was small but very delicious and the service was very good. Overall the staff do a very good job.
